So i have a rooted Galaxy s4 mini ( SCH-i435 ) and i removed most of the bloatware on the phone, and ive just found out about the new update for my phone ( kitkat 4.4 i think ) and just found out its VERY bad to do an update without the bloatware installed cause it causes the phone to brick itself.
now i have alot of the apps ( not all but some ) on my google playstore account and the thing is, is that when i go to check on them in the application Manager and it showes them as apps ( Not surprising ) but im almost absolutely sure i dont have all the necessary apps ( if someone would be able to get me a list id appreciate it so much ) and i cant really find a list of the installed apps on the web and also im curious as in if i need to set those certain apps as a system app ( and how would i go about doing that ) . Would doing a system reset reinstall those deleted apps back?. Id really like some help on this ASAP so i dont have to go out and get a new phone and also is there a specific amount of time before the system OTA update Wont be allowed to be ignored?. Thanks
Hi,
I will have your thread moved to your device section for help. In the future, freezing bloat with titanium backup would be wise. The apps take up very little space anyway, and you can unfreeze them anytime.
Just my 2 cents. ?
Good luck!

No, a factory reset will not bring back apps you have deleted manually.
When you flash the ROM/firmware again, then you will have all system "bloatware" back automatically.
Keep in mind, that you can also disable/deactivate some system apps in stead. Then those apps will stay deactivated even after re-flashing the ROM/firmware.
If you have further questions about your device, please ask in the Galaxy S 4 Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum.
I do not know how to flash a stock rom and where would I find that certain rom

I was facing same problem. I uninstalled all unecessary system apps like HTC Zoe,kid mode(consumes lot),music(Google one, coz I like HTC music),and all bloatware installed by Google .Delete whichever you want. But don't delete the app services. Since you are rooted, use system root uninstaller(I don't rember proper me ,but it has red icon with white dustbin). Don't forget to delete the apps from recycle bin after uninstalling the apps. If you don't delete the apps from recycle bin, they will automatically get installed after reebot. Hit thakms if it worked

I want to delete useless apps but I don't know which ones are totally harmless to delete it for the phone. Can you give names of apps that could delete safely?
Also, how can you delete from recycle bin?
How can i remove or hide uninstall button from g3 stock rom. Because i cant prevent uninstallin from another person . locking package installer coudnt prevent unistalling an app . please see screen shot .
