Yes and questions should go in the Q&A forum...

Yes you can, and the phone should be at 100% when you wake up too on a serious note, yes, you can leave it charging overnight. This is a good article for info on charging your phone

I have prolem that phone discharges normaly from 100% to some 70% and then rapidly discharges from 70% to zero. Batt graf shows vertical discharge.
Similar thing when charging. It charges to some 30% for an hour and than from 30% to 100% in a minute.
I have read tons of threads, did batt cal, delete batt stats when bat was 100% and when batt was 0 % few times, did s-off, change bootloader, tried few roms. Always the same.
Is this behaviour because batt is dead? I dont have spare batt so before ordering new one I want to ask did somebody experience similar situation?
Thanks.

upload the graph, how old is the battery?
You can try another ROM and look if the problem persists though I guess that's not a problem of any ROM... I think it's the battery.

I will try to upload graph. I have screenshot of charging graph but I must dischage battery again and take screenshot because there is no discharging graph after wiping bat stats.
P.S. I have also try to charge while on, then turn it off, charge again etc. I found some manual.

My tablet is telling Me it is charged but when I unplug it it's at 95%? Anyone else experience this?
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
Are you using the stock battery graph or a third party app? What ROM and kernel are you running?
That's normal don't worry about it, it will only charge to close to 100 then let it trickle down to about 95 then trickle up and repeat while it's fully charged and still plugged in, so you unplugged it after the device let itself trickle down to 95. That's all.

Or you can calibrate.. Get a battery stats calibration app.

After fully charging my tablet after the first reboot it resets the battery stats. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Normal

DN3 3.1.2
To be clear (for anyone else reading this thread), that particular Android battery stats screen is reset any time the device reaches 97% or higher and is then unplugged. The reboot is not related.
I have noticed something odd about charging my Gpad. If the USB cable is plugged into the tablet before the charger is plugged into the AC outlet it will not charge. The charger always has to be plugged in first… then connected to the tablet. Is it the same for everybody? Just curious...

I've only had mine a few days but it seems about the same as mine so far. Mine probably charged faster than that actually but I wasn't using it for those 2 hours.
Hmm thanks

It takes between 2hrs30minutes to 3hrs for full charge
Seems totally normal. If the phone is on, it will also depend on how fast its draining at the same time its charging.
