I recently upgraded my phone to marshmallow (13.0-ZNH0EAS2NH) and I got the following problem :
I can't answer or cancel call on (SIM1) while the screen is locked. I have to change the screen lock to none from settings then I can answer/cancel calls normally. while on SIM2 I can do that normally all the time.
This problem only happened when I installed the upgrade that comes to phone. I also did a factory reset after that upgrade.
Anyone having or had this issue before or can help me with it ? It is really annoying.

When I am on a call and another person rings, most of the time when I try to accept the incoming call the phone will hang. If I wait until the incoming call give up then sometimes I can go back to the first call but often I lose both.
When the phone loses both calls, it shows no service for about 10 seconds then finds a signal and can then be used again.
I thought the issue was with the Black Edition ROM but even when I have switched to Schaps the problem exists.
I have never updated the radio on my phone as I am pretty sure I bricked my last one doing a radio update. It is still with the orginal T-Mobile UK radio stack.
Any ideas?

did you install some programs that might be conflicting with that? I had that issue before and I format the phone and start all over and the problem is gone now.
hi!
2 days ago i have started experiencing a strange problem with my gn yakju 4.1.2, no root or custom rom.
sometimes when i try to call someone it just displays the calling screen then ends call with call ended message. other times when someone calls me it rings one time then missed call appears without the other person ending call. i have made a factory reset, i have exchanged my sim card with my operator yesterday and still does the same.
does someone experience this?
I have an I9195 with I9195XXUBMJ7 baseband version. It has been performing very well but over the last month or so it has started breaking up during calls, slowing down a lot and then either freezing up or rebooting. Sometimes I am unable to answer incoming calls - the phone rings but nothing happens when I try to answer a call. I got an OTA "stability" update recently which I hoped would fix this but it has been happening more rather than less since then. The problem seems to happen almost exclusively when I am using the phone function.
I realise that this is a rather vague description of the problem. Has anybody had similar problems? Can somebody recommend a suitable debugging tool (non-root) that will help me sort this out, or a solution?
If all else fails I'll do a factory reset, but I'd like to try to get to the bottom of the problem if possible . . .
I use viper os and for the last few days when i receive a call the phone goes into the mute mode and both
the caller and called are not able to hear a word. If i cut the call and dial back then the call goes thru perfectly.
This happens to all the incoming calls. I tried clearing cache & Dalvik cache but still, the problem persists.
Then i reinstalled the rom again then also the problem persists. Even tried a different rom (AICP) but the problem persists.
The sim works perfectly on a different phone and hence this is no sim problem.
I guess it is not a hardware issue since the call goes thru when i dial a number.
The problem is only in incoming calls. The phone is z2 plus.
Has anyone faced a similar issue and have been able to resolve it?
Thanks in advance.

I suffered a similar problem couple of months ago, clean flash without using the google backup to restore the apps & settings should solve it
Hi Guys, wonder if anyone has similar problem or suggestions.
Using an s20+ but it's as if the phone appears to be deep sleeping and calls and text messages are not coming through, unless I make a call myself or switch airplane mod on or off.
I don't think its network related, as I've switched sims in phone ect and sim works fine in another phone/different sim in the s20,has the same problem.
I've no apps set to deep sleep or battery save, have done a factory reset twice and it is still happening, so wondering could there be any other setting I'm missing out on or if it's likely to be hardware rather than software?
