Thanks for your reply, this is a great software and through it I knew I was consuming too much data ,problem is it wont let u know what program is using the data only the total consumption.
You can look in *#*#4636#*#* -> Battery History -> Network Usage

On Paranoid Android 2.1 - CM10 in Settings > Advanced > Screen there are several new settings to me. What are the recommended settings for Scenario, Outdoor Mode, and Screen Gamma? Do any of these settings help with battery life pertaining to the screen?

[Q] WiFi always on

Even tho my WiFi is off as shown in the screenshot, it shows in the battery stats that WiFi is using battery. I know I just reset the stats but it shouldn't be using any battery if its off, right?

There is 1 single thing which greatly increases my battery life.

It's having smart backlight control on and go to sleep after 15 seconds.
People don't realise it but the seconds the screen is on really do add up during the day. Smart backlight control works perfectly- as soon as I put my phone down the screen goes off in 10-15 seconds.
This is my battery usage today with brightness at 90% WITH adaptive brightness off:

I wanted to share this for those struggling with battery life.
