Use TWRP recovery rather than cwm for its file manager.
In recovery, tap advanced -> file manager -> navigate to data/app.
Find the lbe entry (can't remember the exact title, but includes lbe in it) and delete it.
Reboot.
Breath a sigh of relief...
Twrp doesn't show files.
Download aroma file manager and push it to your phone. Then just use it as you would install any mod. It is a full fleshed file manager for recovery.

easy and safe way to remove any app that causes bootloop is to boot into safe mode. You don't need custom recovery or root to boot into that mode
1. Power the Galaxy Note off.
2. Press and hold the Power button to turn the device on.
3. Once you see the animation on the screen, continuously tap the Menu button. (Button with 3 lines below the screen)

Just had to force safemode from boot because of LBE. I suggest tapping the menu button repeatedly the second it starts up (before boot animation). I tried when I saw the animation and it didn't boot into safe mode.
I just had LBE cause my phone to crash loop constantly. By booting into safe mode, I was able to uninstall the app! Thanks to those above who helped us with this tip about how to boot into safe mode.
If you look at the Play Storage page for LBE, you will notice it's rating has really crashed, and it currently has over 1900 complaints regarding this issue...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lbe.security.lite
The publisher of LBE is nowhere to be found and has not updated the app in over 16 months. I am guessing it has been abandoned.
I am just putting the following keywords here to help others find this page:

I'm having a problem with my new Note 4. After a reboot something gets stuck. The Wifi hangs checking the status of connection and my power button will not turn the screen off. Eventually it times out, the boot sequence finishes, and everything works normally.
I factory reset the phone and everything was normal for a couple days but now it's doing it again. I've tried uninstalling a few of the more recently installed apps but it hasn't helped.
What I have discovered is that if I force close the "IMS Framework Service" it immediately completes the boot sequence.
Can anyone help me track down a) what the source of this hangup is? and b) what the down side of killing the IMS Framework Service might be?
THanks

Hi dude,
If you push on start button for a long time, do you have any vibration ? If not, did you try to start in recovery mode again (start button and volume up ?).
I just rebooted today without making any changes, and once my OP3 finished rebooting, I just got a black lock screen with no response whatsoever. If I hold the power button, I get the reboot dialog, I can take screenshots and they save, and the capacitive buttons react to input. When I reboot into safe mode, the exact same thing occurs, except the lock screen isn't black and says "safe mode". I literally just can't use my phone, period. If I boot into TWRP, I can still access my files after decrypting. It just seems like systemui refuses to start, and I'll have to reset the phone. Has anybody else experienced this?
Could you solve the Problem? Had the same. Only solution for me was full reset.
Flash a newer Rom and see
