Modelnumber S07 Androidversie 4.4.4_20112015,

MCU version MTCB-MX-V2.82 nov 19 2015 15:25:19
I cant put nothing on my unit par example Viper the sound app wont work etc, also the code 123456 and 7890 wont work on this unit.
My question: is it safe to use these update_4_4_4_FUSE_800X480_RK3066_38_MAL_23_04_2016 ?
Can i put these update on a SD card in the GPS slot and then go tot he update option? Will the app Viper work?
I can go to the standard methode recovery.

[Q] Galaxy Tab 3 (SM-T210R) Adding Language

Hi guys!
I have a Galaxy Tab 3
Model: SM-T210R
Kernel Version: 3.4.5-1304745-user
[email protected] #1
SMP PREEMPT Thu Jul 18 14:58:00
KST 2013
Build Number: JZO54K.T210RUEAMG4
It has WiFi only (no 3G).
This is the first time i'm buying an android device.
I can't see Russian in the language settings.
Is there any way I could add Russian support? (not only keyboard)
I've tried to install a Russian locale app but it is simply not that good.
Thank you so much!
t
Help?
Thanks
Go to sammobile.com and download the firmware for a T210 for the region you want. The T210R is the US version with the IR blaster. So, by flashing firmware for another region, you will lose IR functionality.

How
How do I flash?
Do I need to root the device first?
I already downloaded the Russian SM-T210 firmware from sammobile,
Thanks
Just flash it with Odin, you can follow the same instructions as in the other threads about the pre-rooted firmware.

Help rooting Eonon GA2114 Android 4.4.4

Hello!
I want to root this head unit and I've seen this link but I got lost, so please help me.
Here is the head unit information
Manufacture: Eonon
Model: GA2114
http://eonon.com/Car-DVD-Players/Android-Car-DVD/GA2114.html
===================
and this the system unit information
MCU Version: MTCB-KLD1-V2.55
Android Version: 4.4.4_28052015
Kernel Version: 3.0.36+ [email protected] #262
Build Number: rk3188-eng4.4.4 28052015
===================
Thanks
Im asking myself the same...
The only way to root a 4.4 ROM right now is to flash a new ROM that's already rooted. Try Malaysk's ROM and you won't be dissapointed.
OK is this one you mean
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60875324&postcount=12890
how can I install it ?
thanks
That one's too old by now and not recommended. I mean this one here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60591423&postcount=12068
Flashing it is basically just copying the .img file to the root of the GPS card and entering into recovery. Follow the instructions on the first post of this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2660662
Thanks a lot, that's really helpful
my last question is Can I make full system backup ( ROM + Kernel ) without root ?
because if things goes wrong I can use the backup and everything solved.
I've heard about these two applications :
Java Development Kit
Android Studio (which includes the Android SDK)
you can use them to do backup , but I'm not sure is it full backup or just apps backup.
thanks
No, there's no known way to make a backup of yor original ROM. If you run into any problems you can always reflash Malaysk's ROM or talk to your vendor to get a copy of the original ROM.

Hey guys I just bought this radio and I love it but the only thing is when I press in on the volume button it shuts down. I want it to mute when i click and shut down when I hold it in (long press). Is this possible in Malaysks ROM?
Radio is great but sucks not to have a mute button

No, I have the Pumpkin KD-C0250 which looks the same and it does the same thing. It really doesn't shutdown it to goes into a sleep mode.
I am using the Malaysks ROM and it won't help. I think it's part of the MCU firmware.

A link for what, the code for root ? Its in the wiki.

Radio not working Eonon G2110F

I have an Eonon G2110F I think the factory MCU is KLD2 2.77 but not 100% sure.
I wanted to root it but on my first attempt it didn't work so I then changed the MCU as well as trying different updates from the repo.
I then discovered the radio has stopped working the app opens as normal but can't find any radio stations I have tryed different factory radio settings and custom roms nearly all the MCU KLD2 versions and still not working for me.
The link to my head unit
Has anyone got any ideas?
Thanks

I have tried changing factory settings, radio is on Europe and I don't no what else to try changing.
I am trying to get Eonon to send me the original software but not sure if they will.
Just to say I tried my old headunit in my car and the radio signal is fine with it, so am sure its a software issue.

This solved my radio proplem after all that it was something simple and I never selected the radio setting suggested by pcmender2005.
I selected the the other TDA which looks similar.
After I selected the TDA7786 and reboot the radio was working.
It's all working now
Thanks

Radio not working?
I also had the same problem and contacted Eonon about it and their response was to go into factory settings and choose TDA 7706,7786 or TEF 6686 for radio on the first tab. I used TEF 6686 and it worked for me. My radio had quit working after firmware update and this resolved my issue
my radio was dead after fW update
was emailed about hidden menu and radio type, tried a few and radio started working
tapped upper left of screen inside factory settings radio
please reset the radio region , after you set it ,please restart the unit it can be valid
and please go to setting and set radio as TDA7706、TDA7786、TEF6686 respectively to try
(please click apply then it can work )
Here is the only version of ZD9 MCU (correction this is ZD MCU v2.87 will update ZD9 v2.72 later on) that worked in my eonon "F" line that actually will not reset radio stations on each boot. It took me few weeks to get that off of their tech.
As this is my first pist i cant post links so maybe mod can change that, but to download remove spaces from link below.
MTCB-ZD-v2.87
htt p s : // drive. google. c o m /a/sbo2.net/file/d/0Bzvw0uuTAgk-VEhDMEFVdVJLaDA/view
You can either update just MCU or do a complete update with android version.

Sorry ive posted ZD MCU not ZD9 i will try to get it later on today tomorrow.
This is the original MCU ive had on my GA5165F this is updated versions of eonon running 4.4.4 android with quad core and 16gb internal as to older version runing on dual core and 8gb internal mem.
The MCU ive posted ive just updated 30min ago to test if radio station memory will remain after reboot. And that version of MCU i believe is 2.87 cant remember for sure. Will post update tomorrow morning.

Anyway I'd advise the owners of the Eonon G2110F against installing a ZD MCU because this model uses a KLD MCU...

How to do Backup of factory rom device MTCB

Hello everybody
I have a KDL5 1 DIN . Today it has android 4.4.44 and I am interesting to install [ROM][RK3188][HD] Malaysk ROMs Lollipop 5.1.1 for any yet known MTCB-Device.
But I would like secure my device with a backup img who work with factory recovery.
So firstly Can I use this rom on my device see link attached ?

If yes How to do Backup of factory rom device MTCB?
Thanks in advance for your support.

The 2nd and last pix tells you have a MTCB type radio, the KLD5 is a Klyde 5 type, V2.79 is the MCU type.
So don't try to update the MCU, there is none listed for your device.
If you want factory ROM it be KLD5 MTCB with MCU V2.79 Maybe someone will have the original firmware if you wanted to stock MTCB. You may check with the vendor or thier forum if they have one
But Malaysk rom should work fine.
For one, you will up the memory to unit max and not the 1 or 2 gig for apps saving
And you need to look up if it a 800x480 or 1024x600 so you can select the correct image

Back to stock?

I did the whole changing to a developers thing. Right now I am on:

Because of camera issue on this ROM, I would like to just unroot and get back to stock so I can just do OTA updates and not have to worry about rooting/unrooting anymore.
Can someone please tell me the easiest way to get this accomplished, or if there is a fix for the Camera issue. I have spent quite a bit of time researching both of my questions, but couldn't find a resolution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Easiest way would be to find your stock ROM on Sam moble and flash it through Odin. There are numerous threads on XDA I would suggest reading a few so you have a clear understanding of the process. It can better explain it then I could. It's pretty simple though. Good luck!

On a side note, this may help those who are on CM13 and having video record problems. The Reason I want to flash a different ROM is because my status bar doesn't work, and I could not record video with the camera. I was able to resolve the camera issue by going in the camera settings, and choosing 1080p as the resolution, as apposed to the 4K default. Video works right away after doing that. The status bar is still broke, and I actually did a clean install twice but still couldn't get it to work.
