Please dont reply harshly or bump me, I just got this account to ask for help here so i dont know all the rules and im not that tech savvy, anyways: So I had the newest oxygen os, then I rooted, installed twrp, unlocked bootloader, flashed Hydrogen Os all successfully. Then it became a hassle and I wanted to unroot and revert to 100% stock. So, I downloaded the stock firmware for Oxygen Os, Then I unrooted through Superuser, then went into recovery, wiped cache/dalvik/data, then flashed stock firmware. HERE'S WHERE THE PROBLEM STARTS, it first went into a bootloop, so I restarted it, then it booted successfully and i set it all up with a pin and fingerprint. Anyways, so once I got in, I wanted to relock the bootloader so i went into the settings, disabled the "oem unlock option", turned off my phone, went into fastboot, then typed "fastboot oem lock" and relocked the bootloader. THE REAL PROBLEM IS HERE: When I turned on my phone again and it booted, an all black screen came up that said "To start android please enter your password" so I entered the pin I set earlier, and it was wrong. No matter what i entered it said I was wrong. So, I shut off my phone and tried to go into recovery, and instead the OnePlus logo flashed then the phone turned off. So I went into fastboot and tried to wipe the data but it said partition erase is not allowed, then I tried to flash the stock and twrp and both times it said it failed too saying partition flashing is not allowed. So 1. I can't flash anything or wipe anything because its not allowed. 2. I cant get into android because it says my password is wrong. 3. I cant get into recovery because the Oneplus logo just flashes then phone turns off. PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS THE ONLY PHONE I HAVE!!!!
You should try Fastboot EDL. search Google. Good luck

Several people have had success reviving their OP3. Also, there is an option to contact OnePlus support and have a remote session with their tech support. They will send you an email with files to download and will walk you thru what you need to do for them to unbrick your device.

Try reflashing stock firmware with fastboot.

Update: I followed the Mega Unbrick Guide for a hard bricked Oneplus 3, and now instead of even starting android, this appears, and I cant get into recovery or flash anything because it isnt allowed....please help me
I think your error was to relock the bootloader because if it was still unlocked, you could still reflash the boot.img (but your relocked your bootloader)
Solving it.
Don't worry I shall help you.
This happened to me too.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/how-to/guide-mega-unbrick-guide-hard-bricked-t3405700
To get the drivers and adb along with twrp and root use this toolkit.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/development/toolkit-oneplus-3-toolkit-unlock-t3398799
Get the Oneplus drivers through this too.
It's not very complicated but ask me for any help.
Use the Method 2 in the Mega UnBrick Guide and download the stock image on to it.
You will lose data all of it.!
Make it boot.
Then tick OEM unlocking
Unlock bootloader through the toolkit.
flash twrp and root done..!!.
You messed up when you ticked off OEM unlocking and fastbooting it.
I tried to unroot my phone with SuperSU.
My phone reset and all I get is a google logo screen and another screen that says "Your device is corrupt, it can't be trusted and may not work properly."
I can get into TWRP through recovery mode. Can anyone walk me through the steps to get my phone working again. I don't care if everything gets deleted and it's unrooted. I was trying to factory reset and unroot anyway.
Thanks for reading and any help or knowledge you can pass down.

Download the factory image that matches your OS. Use fastboot to flash the system and boot images. Follow section 9 of my guide:

Thanks for the quick reply. Working on it, I'll check back in when I'm finished or if I have any problems.
I entered in the commands into my command promp listed in your guide #9.
It responds with "waiting for any device". I don't know if my path system is wrong or what. My computer does recognize my phone when it's plugged into the USB port but I cannot access any files to it directly from my PC.
Also, I do have an old back up on my PC I could restore. I just don't know how to transfer it from my computer onto my phone via TWRP.
Update. I flashed the factory image and fixed my phone. Just took some troubleshooting on moving some files around and using the command prompt.
Thanks SlimSnoopOS!
I'll try to be as detail as possible so that anyone with experience can help me. BTW this is my first thread.
The phone is originally a Samsung Galaxy J2 Ace with J2 Prime firmware installed by me
Note 1: I flashed this firmware about 2-3 years ago without problems.
On a random day, I decided to restart my phone, and suddenly, a bootloop!!
Later I realised a soft brick had occured.
So I did a factory reset and wiped cache thru recovery mode.
But no use.
Also I remember seeing errors like "ddi read failed" "ddi write failed"
No idea what it means.
Then I tried flashing stock firmware through Odin using Download Mode.
It failed and gave an error "Write operation failed"
That is similar to the error I saw in the phone like "ddi write failed"
So, now here comes my big mistake.
I tried flashing TWRP using Odin.
It gave a pass, but I think I messed up.
So now I cant use Stock Recovery Mode also. It keeps showing "Installing System Update" for eternity.
So now Im blank and left out.
I found a few similar posts like mine but they werent clear and Im not sure as they seemed dangerous like playing with PIT file, doing NAND erase and something.
So, I dont want to go to the service center and pay a high price. Does anyone know what I can do to fix it myself. Thanks.
Note : I downloaded firmware from samfrew.com. I checked and the firmware year is 2018. Is that a problem. Should i try to find the latest firmware possible? (Sammobile doesnt have my firmware and they cap download speeds too much anyway)
Okay, some more info
When trying to boot like normal, it will sometimes show an error saying "Custom binary blocked by SECURE BOOT" before it starts its bootloop .
Also checked in Download mode, i have frp lock enabled and secure boot enabled.
...and is locked. Call your mobile operator for additional support.
I have a Tab S4 (SM-T830) and a while back I tried to root it unsuccessfully. It still worked, but I could not get it to update. Today I tried to update through Smart Switch, and that didn't work as it required I get into recovery mode, but I couldn't since I had TWRP installed. So I went into developer options, and turned off OEM Unlock, the tablet informed me that it would do a factory reset. Now, I get the above message whenever I try to turn it on.
What's worse is I can still get to the download screen on the tablet, but whenever I try to flash the stock ROM with Odin (I've successfully used Odin many times in the past), it sits at the message 'Setup connection" for several minutes, then fails with the error "Can't open the serial (COM) port. I'm really at a loss what to do with this tablet, it seems to be bricked. I loved my Tab S, but this thing has been nothing but trouble.
If there's anyone that has any suggestions, I'd be very grateful.
Thanks!
Mark
Hi guys, I just got a Samsung note 10 plus and discovered I can't use my banking app on it. After few YouTube videos, I uninstalled magisk app and now my phone is stuck on recovery mode, with an error message : no command.
I tried everything I saw (power+vol up button, factory reset, wipe cache,) but its still the same.
Can you guys help me out please?
If you could get to bootloader, you'll flash the stock firmware again
Thanks but these tech things are new to me am just a lady with little phone operation knowledge so please is it possible to explain the processes I can go through to get it done?
download this firmware
"https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/n976n-convert-to-n976b-os12-oneui-4-1-dualsim.4516193/"
it will still have Magisk by the way, this is a special firmware that won't lock you from using your sim card.
if you don't know how to install it, then I recommend following this tutorial.

Wow thanks. I will watch the tutorial and try it.
