I am on Marshmallow stock rom, there is supposed to be a system UI tuner option by long pressing the system icon on the pulldown menu, mine neither spins or activates the hidden menu, I have the H812 does that make a difference
you have to activate developer option first by tapping the "build number" in "about phone"
I have done that already still does not work. activated developer option
The only thing I have done is used the bloatware program, hide some icons but that is all.

not working here too, 815 v20d-eur-xx
It doesn't work on LG UX. I've only seen it on AOSP SystemUI or derivatives of (e.g. CM13, Google Nexus)
Doesn't work on my H815 too, I can't enable the System UI Tuner.
Stock ROM V20G EUR, Unlocked bootloader, Root, TWRP recovery, developer options enabled, animations enabled.
I have tried with Nova Launcher and Stock Launcher.
Someone have any clue ?
Is there a way to know if the manufacturer removed the feature from the system ?
How to know if the feature is available but hiden ?

in stock TW firmware, they had these tabbed settings dialog with "Connection", "My device", etc tabs. I know there has been some easy way to disable these, because I have a 4.4 verizon S3 and I did manage to revert settings screen to "all on one screen" mode. I can't for the life of me remember how, and neither I can find it on google. Help?
I've got an LG G3 D855, and I've been looking to disable the Dynamic LCD Refresh setting from the hidden menu. Unfortunately, I type in what I've been told is the dialer code to access the 'Hidden Menu' (3845#*855#), but... nothing happens. No menu appears.
I'm running Lollipop 5.1.1, using EuphoriaOS 1.1-d855, and the kernel that came with that ROM. Build number LMY48B, if that matters. It's an international model, as in not tied to any carrier.
Basically, how do I get the hidden menu to appear? Or, can I change the Dynamic LCD Refresh setting without accessing the hidden menu?
Any help is appreciated.
Hello,
I have a rooted phone with stock rom, is it possible to change the scroll down menu from the default LG to stock android like on CM without installing a new rom?
What scroll down menu are you referring to?
The one it appears when you scroll down you finger from the top of the screen, and where you have the WiFi, data, volume, rotation buttons etc.
It probably has a specific name but I'm afraid I don't know it, English is not my first language
Since update to Lollipop we need to perform two actions (if you use any security lock) to get to your homescreen:
1. swype up
2. enter pattern or pin
In KitKat there was an option to bypass the first screen and wake up the phone direct to the pattern/pin screen.
With Lollipop this option is gone.
Does anyone found an option, a patch or exposed module to bypass the first (notification) screen or can give me a hint how to do so?
I am s-off, rooted and have exposed working with sense toolbox.
Thanks for any hint / advice.
Regards,
Umqi
Gravitybox (xposed module) can do this. It's under lockscreen tweaks, then Direct unlock.

Thanks,
but Gravitybox ist only for AOSP and GPE ROMs, I forgot to say that I am on ARHD 45 which is a close to stock Sense ROM so I'm afraid to try
Reboot in TWRP, make a backup, try it, if it bootloops or breaks bad, restore the backup. I just moved to the GPE MM rom and installed Gravitybox and made all the tweaks that bl*ssr*m gave me. You might be surprised!

Did my NAND, installed, aktivated module, rebooted and tried.
The tweaks I would need in GravityTB are not working. I can change the color of the Blutooth Icon, so I can say installation is ok.
Problem not solved jet....
I have minimal root and/or custom rom needs. I mostly just want to disable tethering checks, use adaway and have the reboot options in the power menu enabled.
I use the new chain fire systemless root, and I know how to add text to the build.prop file to disable tethering. Is there any way to enable reboot options to the power menu without installing an app or custom rom?
I am aware of Xposed modules, but gravity box power menu options don't seem to work like they used to.
I really like the way it is provided in Chroma, but I have found my battery life is far better on stock than custom rom. (though I'm probably doing something wrong)
thanks for the advice!
What troubles are you having with Gravity Box? The extra reboot options are working fine for me.
I'm not sure, they just aren't working for me. Everything else in GB does, but the power menu items just don't appear. I can only get the stock power off option.
