My G4 was suddenly dead at last couple hours , just received a call after that the device won't turn on whatever i've done . Swapped with backup battery doesn't work either . I think the motherboard is defected , does someone know how much it cost for the motherboard ?
P/S : I owned the device with start S/N 505K .. & NO MORE LG PHONE !!!!!!!!!!!

Yep ... LG is Back Order for our phone!
Long story short ... got too many issue with the phone, so after 2 repair with my carrier ... LG will send me another phone.
But yesterday got confirmation ... they are Back Order!
They don't have them anymore in stock! Will see what they will do with me!
they only replace defective phones, they don't replace broken or bricked phones, what would being careful with your phone do to prevent it from being defective?

My phone always got dropping call or lost signal... it was a battle between Bell and LG ... Network or hardware issue ... I send my phone 1st time to replace the motherboard, when it came back .. I lost the sound... send it again the same day ... got it back .. still having issue!
Got tired of this call LG ... send all the paper work .. and now they have to send me a new phone!
This is the procedure to get your phone replace. And by the way ... i never bricked my phone! Still on ICS ... but i try CM10 and got dropping call too...
So probably a lemon!
I do not know how this cracks appeared on my LG G3 D855. Does anybody know ? Maybe heat caused.
I saw so many phone in my friends like ur phone , this is general problem with G3 Model for main case(they know that) , my friends changed after just use 3 months and other 7 mounths.and they took a new phone when they have this issue .
I think u need to show ur own lg service center. sorry for my english.
I have a LG G4 H810 never rooted or change anything.
It just start over and over sometimes I can see it install software.
Is there any fast way to fix?
Or I must send this back to LG?

Look at the box,if SN starts with 505,506,507,508,509, then your G4 is one of these first phones released with motherboard problems ( boot-loop,who dies for no reason) .
If it is,then i advice you to send the phone back to LG.

I send phone back to LG and I just get it back today.
Hope problem will not happen again.
I am updating software now. But the is getting hot now.
Is that normal?

Hello guys I bought yesterday a g4 and i have some problems .
The G4 was brand then I sbrand putting 20d . Unfortunately there is something wrong .. The battery drains quickly , and then the data connection is very slow it takes a whole lot to also load a single page . Can you help me?

Unbranded it with LG up
i unbrand with lg up, i put 20d but this non work well. now i try 20c.

My phone dead somehow that's I don't know, but it is dead and even give a a small lg logo. First time I see its logo and have some problem with charging ( bootloop of course ) than a few week later it is completely dead. I try to hot the motherboard using a hair dryer but no luck. Any help please!!!
If u aint rooted or modded. Its the classic hardware bootloop issue Or ilapo for short
Try seeing if lg will waranty it they extended the waranty dont know by how long but seems like theyre pretty lenient
