EDIT: Sorry guys, I won't be maintaining this anymore. I really apologize, but there's just too much to do nowadays. I will still maintain my carbon builds. (These boot and work without modification right now, for some reason my slim build won't boot, and I don't really have time to figure out why, because it could be an issue on my side or their side)
The moderators can end this thread if they wish to.

I shall still leave my jellybean build here though.

Are you really the dev of these ROMs? They seem a bit untrustworthy, since you or anyone else hasn't tested them.

He is compiling them. The Kindle fire base and the kernel is developed by Hashcode. Slim, AOKP, and Carbon implementations are all created by their perspective developers. Does that answer your question? Compiling a Rom is just a matter of setting up the proper environment and repositories then letting it rip. Well there`s a bit more to it than that but you get the jist.
Yeah he's exactly right. ^ also, I test the first build to make sure it does work and then I put it out if anyone wants to use it. I am building these myself. I can take screenshots of the builds straight from my computer if you'd like.
I may not be able to maintain all these ROMs, but I'd like to put the options out there. I might have to request for other people to maintain the aokp and slimbean thread if life gets too busy. I was originally only planning on maintaining carbon.. So I will keep going with that.
Thanks for the ports. Slimbean runs well, no real problems or quibbles I've found so far.
36 hours and one full cycle into this one and all is good. Seems SlimBean has settled in nicely on my KF. Thanks androidsftw! Your efforts to bring this variety of ROMs for us is greatly appreciated here!

Actually, it's not rare at all.
Not sure why people are being skittish about using the ROM, I've run it for about a week now and it's rock solid stable! Fast and smooth...definitely one of the best 4.3.1 ROMs out.
Edit; Ive been using a few of the KitKat 4.4 system apks ( Play services, email, GEL Launcher, keyboard...) from here without any issues, making this Rom just that much more awesome. Can't wait for SlimRom to get updated to the new base!

To be honest with you I already have cm 11 and aosp built for the kindle fire. Unfortunately I can't test either until twrp releases a new build with kitkat support. I attempted to build twrp from source.. And it did build.. But let's just say the recovery doesn't work well xD.

I do not have our latest 4.3 based one posted seperately though, since I include stock in the firmware and made the 4.3 kernel in the stock rom insecure.
But you can simply grab the full 4.3 firmware zip I have posted there, or I can upload just the Boot.img if needed.
Thanks for the quick fix...

That way I no longer need the stock kernels, even that they seem good for now
Just used to to make a backup and flash a new rom and had no problems at all. I gotta say this is the best recovery I have ever used, reminds me a lot of ext4 recovery on my thunderbolt, but much prettier and useful. Thanks!

The goal of Omni is to experiment with Android development because we enjoy it. Omni isn’t better, just different. It’s another option for the billion Android users out there. Instructions
0. You need a recovery that supports SELinux. I'm told that recent versions of CWM support it, but I haven't tried them myself. The best option is the official TWRP 2.7.0.0 release (other recoveries may not be compatible with OpenDelta updates for nightlies).
If you want to flash my recovery, download the recovery.img and flash it using ODIN or Mobile ODIN. You can also use Recovery Tools to flash it from your device
1. Flash the ROM.
2. Flash SuperSU if you want root (it's not yet included in the ROM). I have not tried any other Superuser apps but SuperSU is supposed to be incorporated into Omni eventually. Important: you may need to install a backup script using SuperSU to persist it across flashes - see the settings in SuperSU for that.
3. Flash Kitkat/4.4 compatible Gapps (PA has some that work with this ROM).
1-3 can be queued in TWRP.
4. If coming from a different ROM wipe data/factory reset, otherwise you probably won't boot
Downloads
TWRP 2.7.0.0 official builds are here.
TWRP 2.6.3.1 (unofficial version; the 4th digit is basically just for device specific changes). Use Flashify, Mobile Odin, or Recovery Tools to flash .img files.
twrp-2.6.3.1-n8000.img
twrp-2.6.3.1-n8013.img
ODIN flashable tars:
twrp-2.6.3.1-n8000.tar.md5
twrp-2.6.3.1-n8013.tar.md5
You must flash this (or other 4.4 compatible recovery) if you're on the official TWRP 2.6.3.0 or other outdated recoveries, if you get an error about set_metadata_recursive when flashing

Where is multiwindow?
Multiwindow is still a work in progress, if you want to try it out you'll have to use my unofficial builds from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2550308

Hi,
Thanks again for the great ROM. I was wondering if maybe you can add a section here of flashable zips for some possible cherry picks like multi window. This way we can get night lies but also get the latest and greatest. TIA.

Hmm, it's not really possible to do that for frameworks changes like that. I think if there is an xposed module or something for Multiwindow then that may work but I don't know if such a thing exists or if it could actually be done (but that's more likely to work than a flashable zip).

I also wanted to suggest a temporary solution for MultiWindow on the nightlies. I have been using the latest XHaloFloatingWindow KitKat test build, and it works great once you get all the settings right. It's an Xposed mod, so you will have to have that installed and enabled for it to work. Check out the XDA page for that build

Huh, I've noticed that too, I just thought I was going crazy. Not sure why it happens but I feel like it started around the time navbar customization was added, so I should look near that time period. If you can get a screenshot and logcat when it happens could you post it on JIRA? That way we can try to figure out if it's a common bug (check whether it'd already been reported of course).

Works great but I think I don't have root access (supersu is not able to install binary), any help?
Since the thread called "Official CM11 Nightlies" has not been updated by the OP with the correct links, and there are many people asking which one is correct, I felt it a better option to create a new thread than keep posting in the comments of which one to use. There is only one section for the Note 3. All nightlies/snapshots have been combined into one release. Here are the correct links:

Done already. The last hlte nightly that included tmo was 11/11. tmo builds have not started back up yet.
If you must install the latest nightless, install twrp for hlte not hltemo.

After flashing this ROM and the ARM 6.0 nano openGapps, the system sat at the boot animation for awhile, reboot itself, and now it has been at the boot animation for an hour. I had earlier installed plain CM13 without issue; any thoughts on next steps for troubleshooting this? Is there a means to disable the boot animation so I can determine where the process is hanging, or a log file I might be able to access through recovery or the external SD?

I like this; I like having 6.0 on the S4. But I'm running into significant Bluetooth issues, which I know are common to CyanogenMod-based ROMs on the S4. I had much better results with BT when I ran danvdh's 5.1 GPE-based ROM (and I need BT to work, particularly in the car). Does anyone know if it might be possible to use the BT drivers from that GPE ROM to replace what's in this CM-based ROM, and if so, how I might go about splicing those drivers into this ROM?
Not that it should matter for the BT subsystem, but I've flashed the latest OK3 modem and LTE firmware.
Hello, this ROM is stable or in beta version? Thank you!

Fast charge is a kernel feature. Not sure what kernel is included with rom or if it has fast charge.

Yes. This is my first phone I've ever rooted and flashed roms to. I've went through a couple roms over time just testing them, trying to find one I like. I seem to like this one, I just wanna figure out how how to get fast charge back. This is the first time I've had to do anything with the kernel, so this is new to me. I was hoping someone could let me know what I can use.
