Great work friend, thank you for your effort and making this tool Don't think it is useless, it's in fact a very good concept and might be the only way I'll use adb (I usually use fastboot, not adb) Keep up the good work, I'm sure you will find a lot of support here on xda.
Cheers!

Just out of curiosity where you will take this project, I will officially allow this redistribution of XZDualRecovery within THIS project.
I've been looking through your project zip and I have to say you include the same files way to many times, making it bigger then it needs to be... I know it's easier this way, but unlike you (you might have a great Internet connection), people in India or Africa might not be able to download a package this big (seen relative to it's functionality).
If I where doing this project myself, I'd restructure the package and would have undoubled the files, storing them in one single location, I think you might be able to reduce the package size by half it's current size that way...

[PC-APP] G-Tab Mod Tool - De/Recompile APK/JAR, Pull/Push files, Install/Remove Apps

I made this tool originally for SonyEricsson Xperia X10, but have now modified it to work for our Galaxy Tab, best suited for deodexed ROMs. I hope it will make life a little easier when modifying files on the device. It uses ADB to pull and push files, so users don't need to remember long command prompt/terminal emulator commands anymore. It also has a nifty little application manager, which allows for quick installation, backup, and removal of both pre and self -installed software. It has a LogCat function to read and save logs on the go when investigating errors, as well as functionality to decompile/recompile, sign and zipalign APKs and JARs.

Instructions:
1. Extract archive.
2. Run GalaxyTabModTool.jar
Note: Make sure your phone is connected in debug mode, you have root privileges, and unsecured your device's shell. The application will try to unsecure your shell if you haven't already, but worst case scenario you might have to do this manually. Also, the manage ROMs functionality is still experimental and has therefore been disabled.
If you have problems, let me know and I will try to sort them out with you. Keep in mind that often when a modification goes wrong, you can simply push back the original files and reboot. So keep backups handy!

Yeah you are correct. Some files need to have dependencies attached for APKTool to extract properly. I will try and implement this functionality in next version.
This is very useful and will definitely save a lot of time during post-flash setup
Thank you

[WIP]Android Utils 1.0-alpha

Essentially, in an attempt to learn C# better, I had an idea for an app (windows) to have a database of devices (only ET4G now because it isn't done and it's the phone I have) and allow easy access to ADB commands, rooting (Device-specific, wiki links, etc.)
So, for example the ET4G screen may contain things like (it's not finished yet, so it could contain any number of features):
Device Status
Root
ADB Remount
Built-in ADB shell
Wikis
I don't know how my development schedule will work for this since i have many other projects (that are real production projects), but in my spare time I'm planning to finish a working prototype
I just want to see if anybody would be interested in it, it is noob friendly and I already started it as a learning project

most awesome, I remember we had something like this on the samsung vibrant, really useful
Great job, and thanks for the effort.
Sent from a phone with kNOw CIQ ...
If enough interest would be generated I think it'd be cool to make a PC rom manager - type application. I dont have lots of interest in auto rooting and stuff since we already have apps for that.
I'd like to make a full application with a database of devices and list of roms/kernels etc. But itll take a lot of time and I don't have that eventually I think this can come together well.

1. Thanks for the effort, I always thank contribution, without limitation.
2. Maybe it is because I have spent years in this forum but I think this is not a big enough update of a rom to create a new thread. If all of u did a new thread to share an existing rom with three or four mods (xcam, z2 and the 2g stuff) this forum would be crazy
Anyway, read 1. again, thank you very much and think about it, will try
Süper,thanks
Good new rom. Thanks for your hard work :good:
@vandieutot
Is root explorer free , paid or hacked? Is asking to pay when updating?
Sent from my Darkside of LG G2
Hacked or paid app it is still considered warez if it is included within the ROM.
As per the forum rules:
6. Do not post warez.
If a piece of software requires you to pay to use it, then pay for it. We do not accept warez and nor do we permit any member to request, promote or describe ways in which warez, cracks, serial codes or other means of avoiding payment, can be obtained. This is a site of developers, i.e. the sort of people who create such software. When you cheat a software developer, you cheat us as a community.

Bump! - Sign (unlock) your own boot images for LG G2 and more!

What is this?
This is Bump! A new and easy way to sign boot images for most modern LG phones so they'll boot on any locked phone.
Bump an image once, and flash it to however many phones you please.
How does this work?
Simply create an account on the site, click "Bump!", upload the boot/recovery images (also known incorrectly as 'kernels') and the service will automatically Bump them for you.
Is this project open source?
No, this project is not open source. We are however an "open" project, as we are all for transparency and user discussion. With that in mind, we'll be participating in user discussions and providing bugfixes and changelogs when possible.
Who made this?
Team Codefire, of course!
Bump would not be possible without the help and support of many people.
Please consider donating something to the people listed below to help them to continue to support your LG phone and to show your appreciation of all the hours they've put into this awesome unlock!
@thecubed - CLICK HERE to Donate - Project manager. Main hand in everything along the way.. from reversing the boot stack to website completion.
@IllegalArgument - CLICK HERE to Donate - Special thanks here, IllegalArgument really helped out and brought us across the finish line here. It's safe to say that we have the unlock today because of him - show him some love!
@autoprime - CLICK HERE to Donate - That'd be weird if I wrote something nice about myself here... :silly:
@Shelnutt2 - CLICK HERE to Donate - This guy nearly single-handedly wrote the entire Bump site in a few days. Lots of reversing work, super smart - another awesome member of the team!
@AnimatronicRocketReptile - CLICK HERE to Donate - Crypto help, thanks!
I'm just a user, do I need this?
Most likely not. If you're just flashing ROMs, this is a tool for developers only. There is no need to Bump ROMs yourself if you're not editing anything in the kernel, recovery, or ramdisk.
How do I know if something is Bump'd?
Look for the word "signed" or "bumped" in the filename. We will create a new section of the site soon that allows you to verify that a file is bumped soon enough.
Okay, I'm a developer, and I want this now!
Great! Go here and register, and Bump away!
Code:

Have fun.. but not TOO much

Hey guys iTechy21 here and I am glad to announce I have a NEW project I'm working on to make an open source toolkit made from c# to allow easy development for other devices. This project will aim to support as many devices as possible with different toolkits for different devices therefore unifying the experience between them.
This will also be 100% open source when fully complete and is released under the GPLV3 licence (apart from the stuff I did not develop e.g. Custom Recoveries, root.zip, adb / fastboot and stock software all rights go to their respective owners).
Features
Support for any android version and Rom
Full Backup and Restore of apps + data (Nandroid is in the works...)
Unlock / Lock your bootloader (removed locking due to possible issues)
Flash a custom recovery (all supported including stock)
Shows attached device(s) in status bar
Advanced CMD mode for power users - type any ADB Command you want!(Will be reimplemented!)
Booting the device into and out of fastboot with a button click
Flash back to stock (Lollipop!) and keeps your bootloader unlocked
To come
Flash 100% stock DONE!
Save backups with custom names DONE!
Install APK's through ADB DONE!
Flash zip via recovery commands DONE!
Improve UI to make it look cleaner...
Backup the EFS Partition (will be coming Soon) DONE!
Log screen to help amateurs with adb learn (and also output errors to be more verbose) Abandoned due to too many issues
Ability to change colour theme from light to dark and the colours (coming Soon™)
Improve OTA system (continuous)
I am accepting requests if they are not too obscure to find out (even better if you find a way to do it as it cuts down on my research time which I don't have a lot of )
Legal
This is an unofficial toolkit made by an independent developer who has no association with oneplus apart from the fact that he owns a 64gb Sandstone black phone. I cannot be held responsible for anything that may happen to your phone! Even if it is just exploding, catching fire or just voiding the warranty.
Changelog
Material 0.0.1.5 ) - Major Milestone! - Untested Oxygen OS flashing. Do-so at your own risk! (Might not work not fully tested)
Improved theming
Updates to internal .dll's
Stability improvements
UI Tweaks
More verbosity via dialogue messages
System requirementsTo run this needs an x86 or x64 based system (Not supported on Windows RT)
And version 4.5 of the .NET framework (which is installed upon install if missing (needs testing!) and requires Windows 7 or Higher (sorry XP users )
