When I connect by bluetooth together the SW3 and Moto Hint, automatically sends to "no media" to my hands free and can't use it with Waze, Maps, etc. So I have to switch off the SW3 then all it's ok.
When I connect my old SW2 this didn't happens, already disabled all the features on the SW3 and changed settings on the bluetooth connections and nothing.
Anyone knows?
Thanks

Ok this might sound a bit dumb to you guys but I'm having a little situation here.
I got tomtom 5.1 and just got the glabalsat bt338 receiver.
I have paired the device with my xda as I have paired a nokia BT headset.
When I switch on the nokia headset and bluetooth, the pda and headset establish a connection automatically.
I would like to do the same for the bt338. As soon as the bluetooth is on, it should establish a connection.
I am not able to do this. I have to click on the bluetooth manager, double click the bt338 for it to establish the connection. Then I have to exit bt manager and turn on tom tom. Still tomtom does not detect the GPS receiver until I click on the GPS device settings and select OTHER BT RECEIVER and then select Blutooth receiver on COM5.
Only then does the GPS show any life.
I would like to know how to get the BT338 to work by just turning on TOMTOM.
It should authenticate and establish the connection on its own, and by the time its up, i should be able to input a destination.
Confusing? No?
easy there mate, give it time....once you have the BT338 paired with your handset, switch everything off.
then 1st switch on your BT338, then switch on your PDA...start up TomTom and leave it for at least 1 minute...it should switch on Bluetooth automatically and connect to the BT338, i had this issue and the 5.1 update solved it...let us know if successful.
Hi all
I have the following setup:
Desire
Aux Input (for music)
SuperTooth One BlueTooth Hands Free
When I drive, I use the HTC Desire to play the sat nav instructions and music out of the Aux to the stereo however, if I enable Bluetooth, all music and commands are sent through the Bluetooth receiver instead.
On the iPhone, you have the option to route audio through headphones socket or through the BT device - but cannot find out how to do it on the Desire.
Are there any applications that make it possible to route calls out via BT and everything else out over the Aux?
I would really like this functionality too.
One option for you, is to long press the Supertooth in your Desire's bluetooth device list, and edit the options so that it's not a media bluetooth device but only a phone bluetooth device.
Thanks - didnt know about that option!
Does this option actually work for anyone?
I'm connecting to the bluetooth in my Mazda and every time I uncheck Media, it just re-checks it every time I reconnect.

Bluetooth on the LG G4 is driving me mad.. I am for example connected to my UE Megaboom and listing to radio. Then, my partner starts our car, which is just outside the house, with Bluetooth and it connects to my phone because I was the last one connected to it.
Now I have to manually disable that connection and if I'm lucky, media connects back to the UE again and then I can start my radio app to resume listening again.
Can this dreadful behaviour be disabled? I would be very happy if I just all together could disable auto connect in Bluetooth..

Hello, I want my car to say a welcome message by tasker Via voice, as soon as my phone connect the vehicle via bluetooth. However, although my phone is connected, tasker sees Bluetooth connections as closed and returns with an error like this. "sorry no data available on paired bt devices."
How do I get Tasker to detect that bluetooth is turned on.
Device: A-media Px5
Mcu: 3.30 Mx

Thank you to everyone who has already helped
Sorry. For Google translate problem.
Helo.
I have chinese android navigation mcwauto 8001 for Audi Q5 8R.
My issue is lack of bluetooth connection when I am using Zlink app.
I am able to connect phone with naviagation via bluetooth, but when I establish android auto connection using USB port the bluetooth connection is lost.
Because of that I am not able to make a call using android navigation/zlink. The call is make by phone speaker instead of bluetooth (android navigation).
What is more I tried several times to force bluetooth connection with my phone when I am using wired android auto, but even I am able to connect bluetooth the connection is lost every time I am trying to call.
When I call I have the message "you are not connected with bluetooth"
My zlink app is 3.9.31 - according to my navigation this is the current version of zlink. I found few newest upgrades but I am not able to install it. Few of them stop installing in about 80%, the rest even installed properly not working, the app just stop responding, and the hard reset are required.
Does any of you know solution for my problem?
The red android auto icon (two triangles) on my navigation are showing and disappearing constantly, does anyone of you know what this is mean?
