Changing imei and serial are considered illegal. It's tampering with hardcoded unique device numbers.

I dont really understand what you are trying to say.
Does your phone start up at all?
if not, I would suggest a hard reset and see if that solves the problem
Otherwise, please be specific of when you receive this error message

There are no tools available in public to change Diamond IMEI address.
Because of fraud, theft etc. they won't be likely to be released.
you have your original imei under battery....
Also in the phone box
Bye!
There has been a state of these "new user" random posts within the forum this month.
I think someone is having a bubble.

Changing Serial Numbers is not a type of discussion allowed at xda because for the most part, it is illegal to do it. Please refrain from asking for this kind of stuff.

DOnt be sorry, I spotted your thread first
However, it wont take my IMEI and serial number. it's says they are incorrect.
So could be not for Netherlands, but then IMEI should not read as incorrect.
Well , too bad
I think it's Germany only. It took my Serial and IMEI but won't accept my Canadian Postal Code as a valid Zip.
Thanks though
Site accepted my Kiev address and zip. I think it is German only but who knows...
Doesn't accept my austrian IMEI & Serial

Hello,
I have a Samsung S9 phone which is bought from korea. But I am not living in korea.
To make the phone connect to the service they changed its IMEI and flashed a global stock rom. We are good so far.
But I want to use a custom rom, but after I flash a custom rom or a stock rom doesn't matter, IMEI doesn't change but IMEI status became "ng".
We've tried repairing imei from Z3x after flashing custom roms but it doesn't work. Even tho the action result with success signal doesn't come.
So I wonder if there is any custom rom that doesn't change the imei status there?
Why that problem occurs and how can I prevent that to be happening.
Help me please.

@zulkarneyn I've closed this thread!
Edit or change of IMEI is illegal in quite a few of countries. For this reason, I've closed the thread! XDA doesn't allow and doesn't accept discussions about or support for such an edit or change.
