H815 bricked? No signal, no IMEI, EFS Backup doesn't work

Hello,
I have a big problem with my H815. I've installed H-ROM_V30-PORT-V2.1 but now I have no signal / no service and my IMEI is "unknown".
The steps i did before:
1. Unlocked the bootloader with this tutorial:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O64GfQORCaE&t=450s
2. Installed TWRP (twrp-3.2.0-0-g4.img)
3. Made a full backup with TWRP (efs, boot, system, cache, etc...) and copied the backup at my pc.
Then i wiped the phone.
4. Installed H-ROM
https://forum.xda-developers.com/g4/development/rom-h-rom-v30-port-t3672567
So the system is working well and booting, but I have no signal and my IMEI is "unknown" in the android settings.
I thought this could be not a big problem, because I made a TWRP backup. So I copied the backup-files back from my PC to the phone.
At TWRP I can choose the backup but then nothing will happen.
The screen shows:
Running Recovery Commands
Updating partition details...
...done
Full SELinux support is present.
MTP Enabled.
Thats all. But TWRP does not restore anything.
Can you please help me??? I have no idea what I could do now :crying::crying:
I forgot a very importent step.
At the end I rooted the phone with SuperSU. And that's the step, when my IMEI got lost.
I used UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.
Is there a way to root the phone without loosing the imei???

I have this problem. IMEI and baseband unknown, cant use wifi or simcard.
I've tried to flash EFS-Fix-regalstreak.tar.md5 and other CP (that contain modem.bin), and now the "cant mount /efs" problem is gone, but still NULL IMEI.
Try looking for latest firmware that have same security level/binaries like your current firmware. This is just an example in my case, my phone using A520FXXU7CRHA firmware, so try looking for the same "U7" firmware too.
If your phone still rooted, maybe you can try to restoring EFS by some method in here. Just search "restore EFS"

My phone is brand new, but i got it as a give away back in 2018, so not rooted. but the funny thing, when i plug it on the wall charger, it can boot up with no problem. so i will try to take it to local service center and check/change the battery.

Did November lock my G960F bootloader?

After flashing G960FXXS7CSJ3 (November firmware) I can no longer flash anything.
(can't mount data partition)
When I try downgrading to G960FXXU5CSF2 (June firmware) Odin fails and the screen says:
SW REV. CHECK FAIL (BOOTLOADER) DEVICE: 7 BINARY: 5
November G960FXXS7CSJ3 seems to have upgraded the bootloader security, does anyone know a fix?
My boot loader is unlocked (KG STATE: CHECKING)
Got SM-G960F in June running G960FXXU5CSF2 and had no probs installing LOS16 via TWRP.
Recently I wanted to try other roms but as soon as I flashed G960FXXS7CSJ3 (November stock) then TWRP always says can't mount data partition.
Although Bootloader says already unlocked in developer settings and KG State: CHECKING in download mode, is it possible I must wait 7 days?
Whenever I install G960FXXS7CSJ3 (no pin or password) I have no problem installing TWRP but as soon as I try wiping, flashing or restoring it says can't mount data partition.
HAAALP..!!
you must "format" data partition, not wipe

Very grateful for your input, got me back up & running in minutes!
didn't realise I could format in advanced/repair so I formatted to ext2 then back to ext4, wiped & restored a LOS16 backup, so relieved, thanks!
