[Q]Request with help, how to use emoji

Hi, my GF has got a HOX (stock, non root, last official update). It is possible to use emoji without installation of any other app? She use stock sms app. I get info about she is getting emoji, but she can't use when composing new sms. Can someone post few screenshots, step by step how to use emoji in stock HOX sms app?
Thanks.
Ps. I can't check cause i have different phone and i will meet with her on next week.

You can download a keyboard app that supports emoji.
For example, I use this app. It says it's not compatible with the HOX but it works flawlessly. I can give you the APK file to install if you're interested.
Ok thanks, as i said i found many emoji keyboard apps, but tell me obe thing. HOX can show received emoji from other people, but i don't know how to use to send from HOX (don't know cause i don't have HOX atm, and i can't check settings etc.)
Anyway that keyboard which You link it is work like addon? I don't want to change other keyboard instead stock sense keyboard (stock keyboard is really cool)

Original Samsung Emojis

Anybody know how I can replace the google emoji with the original Samsung emojis? I'm not a fan of the google emojis. Thanks!
I feel the same way.
Download Emoji Switcher from Play store. App is free. Must be rooted. Busy box recommended. Switch to Samsung, Google, or LG emojis. Enjoy! ?

6.0.1 Update - still not seeing new emoji?

Is anyone else not seeing the Unicode 8.0 emoji after the update? I'm still getting the box with the x through it for some emoji on Twitter and in SMS with iPhone friends.
Same here.
are you using the Google Keyboard? I was using Swiftkey and thinking the same thing until I switched.

I think he means when other people use new emoji and being able to view them. As oppose to being able to type the new emoji.

This is correct. Unable to see certain emojis entirely.
As an aside, I do use Swiftkey and changed to Google Keyboard for a day or two after receiving 6.0.1, but missed Swiftkey enough that I switched back figuring their update with new emoji enabled will come soon. Fleksy released theirs yesterday.
Just weird that the update to the system font doesn't seem to have taken with my 6.0.1 update.

I think there's still emoji missing in Android compared to iOS. Like we don't have the different skin color options right?

[Q] S6 Update to Marshmallow came with new emojis and...

My wife wants them but shes on an S5. I am assuming the keyboard apk is where the new emojis are, and it was updated, so can anyone drop the latest keyboard from the S6 on here so I can try it on the s5? Thanks.

The keyboard apk does not contain the emojis. The emojis are held inside the emoji font file who's name I cannot recall at this moment. A rooted device will be needed to get the emojis on the S5. I have the S5 myself and use the apple ios 9 emojis.

Thanks! If you remember what the name is please let me know. I rooted my s6, and my wife's s5 has been rooted since the day i gave it to her, so I'd like to get her more current-ized. thanks.

Possible to get IOS Emoji for Android 10 / One UI 2 ?

(Firstly, sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this question I am new here)
Has anyone had any luck getting IOS Emoji's on their phone? I have an S20. I am looking to get the emoji's without root.
If you want to keep using the default Samsung keyboard, then it is not possible without root + emoji pack.
However, another option is to use a different messaging app that supports alternate emojis.
