Hello!
First of all, sorry for new topic, but I didn't want to BUMP all topics.
I need your help
I will order LG Optimus G PRO online.
They are offering F240 for 40$ lower than E980
As I was reading few posts on XDA i found out that F240(Korean version) will work fine in Europe after some modification to build.prop. (By work fine i mean 3G, LTE, and GSM(telephone)signal.)
Can you confirm this for me please.
Thanks!
Yeah you should be fine, my G Pro is originally an E986 (French Europe) and I'm running datphu's G3 Rom that turned it into an E988 (HK) lol
I get 4G and good signal as if I was on the stock rom. So yeah, I think you should try to install a custom rom, you're lucky, there are plenty of good ones that mimick LG G3
But keep in mind that the F models from Korea do have some problems with custom roms and carriers from other countries so be careful when you are getting these kind of offers.
Hi all i want to know if my lg g3 d855 support 4g lte or not ?
D855 is international version of lg g3
thanks
What the hell?
Google it.
LG website has a page for the D855 with its technical specs, for god sake!
Yes it does. Use it on atf and T-Mobile with 4g.
Help me i buyed a Korean version of the lg g pro f240l. The gsm signal drops constant so i can not call or receive calls. I updated the phone by laptop via normal way to lolipop korean version 5.0.1 software version f240l30d. I tried root king rootoking ect etc. I can not root the phone.

Please help me . i live in the netherland i call with t mobile.
Hi,
I'm new to LG.
I got LG G3 D852 model but it does not support LTE band in my area.
Is there anyway to convert it to D855 or D850?
Please give me a suggession
up......
You can use the BlackSoulsxxx MM port, which is a d855 port and makes your phone call itself a d855. However, I really don't think it will give you additional basebands.
The basebands available are a result of the radio in your phone and if your phone lacks the hardware, you're SOL. Also, I'm pretty sure the port still uses the lollipop modem.
In any case, if I were you, I'd give it a go. If nothing else you get the general improvements that come with MM and UX4.0.
hi am thinking of getting a G4 . i already have G2. so in g2 some variants have less support for roms.. is it the same for G4.?
