Yo I'm new at the rom cookin scene but like pimp'n its coming easy for me. I thought I'd roll the dice and see how hard it would be to cook my own rom for my cingular hermes. I took CUSTEL/shadowmite's 2.5 tweaked shiznit and pimped it with a new kernel. Its got tha new htcustom 1.4 ish, that new 1413 thats just hit the streets, not the fake **** yo, this rom cooks!
All you fools made it sound like it would be so hard, but it aint nothin but a thang. This rom iz Da shizzle baby, I got my heremes running it and I can tell you that its the best rom out there. It works better for me than any other roms you clowns have made so far. give it a whirl, once you go with reprezent'n you never go back.
I'm calling this one rockin 1.0, try it fo youself.

I don't think you'll find a single person (I hope) that'll trust a ROM from a single poster, especially when it's claimed to be the shiznat.
Although, I'm glad ta hear you so talented wiff da english language. Peep dis yo!
My advice, step it down a little, supply us with some screen shots and detailed specs.

I can confirm it is a working rom, dumped the rom to confirm, it is based on custel 2.5, I am running it now without the extended rom. I am sorry to say though it is not anything special, just a customised custel rom. The screen shots are the real deal. Will be romoving to go back to Black.

The thread he's pointing us to was created this very morning. Today. It's not an old link, and it's not an old thread he's pointed us to.
I suggest that anytime someone finds information they think would be useful, especially someting we all cry out for such as an official release of a new ROM, that people who've been on here long enough to get a 'senior member' status get as carried away as possible and take the rip out of the helpful forum-member until they don't post or contribute anything.
Can everyone with Senior Member status please check their ego in at the door when they log in. This was a good post. Leave him alone.

User titles are determined by post count not length you've been a member...
That is an OLD rom version... Someone released that HERE a few weeks ago, I used it before... It's ok.. kept giving me the sleep of death.
EDIT: Im talking of course about the WM6 in the link in the first post here... never saw the one a couple posts above me.

i realized it is an earlier build i will wait for 2 more days till the dopod rom comes out. gonna try both and see the differences

I ve installed the rom last nite with the new radio rom 1.47
So far so good!
Installed Mapking 2007, Resco Explorer, Resco Picture Viewer Pro, CE Star, Handy Switcher, World Card Mobile.
Device never hang yet.
Anyone can let me know where to upload this rom to XDA?

I just wanted to take a few seconds to say "Thank You" for all your hard work. I'm new to the G1 forum coming from the herald side. I have flashed a few of the themes here and they are really nice. Haven't got into cooking up my own just yet but when i get all my Star Wars images together I'll be posting something. So again thanks for all you do. Theres a lot of you here and i think i've seen all of your work. So if no one else tells you let me say it "You're Appreciated".

shame on you +Que , it's fun to laugh at people who can't even read the sticky's. I don't think that's mean at all. We all wish there was a magic-wishing tree.
BUT - to answer the original question, I have gone back to CRC's rom for stability, but experimental downports of newer ROMs from newer devices are done by +Que and TAI at the moment. Note that these roms are stripped and downported in the hope that they work ok and use a less memory. Read the stickies, then their threads, flash HardSPL, and then read read read more and more and more... Honest answer!
I recently got a mt3g off ebay like it, but it lacked the power of my tp2. So, i figured I'd give it to my girl friend since i was adding her to my plan. I just put a SDcard back in my tp2 and put the newest blazn build on it. It was super fast! I was fine without the sound I really just wanted to get bank in to my TP2. But I come home from a job interview and see the News, and WOW! I would like to thank everyone who has worked on the dev for android port to the TP2. Im a late comer to the whole cell phone mod game but I've loved it since i got here. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. And to all the ppl with post like Rhodium is dead. guess you can go buy another one if you were dumb enuff to rid of it. Thanks again!!!
