I am new to HTC Droids. Samsung was way easy. Please help me if you can. Need information about:
1. How to Unlock Bootloader
2. How to S-OFF
Also: Does HTCDEV Unlock means only the bootloader unlock or both HBOOT Bootloader and S-ON to S-OFF

I screwed up. Try googling a lot but can't find compatible CID. I found old post by ckvp5 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1656440) but I got error cuz my HBOOT version is newer than the RUU

my bootloader screen has following information

Without rooting with S-OFF and with supercid, can i flash official Lollipop Stock ruu htc one m8 of any region, regardless of original cid number,
can i change cid number to match the stock rom of my region and install it . help!

How can i find out which carrier my HTC One M9 was on ?

I recently purchased a used M9 from someone but can't remember which carrier they said it was locked to. Is there a way to unlock it without knowing which carrier it was on?
