I9000DXJF4 CSC & Modem

I think this might have been asked randomly in the forum, but does anyone have the CSC & the Modem files for the DXJF4 firmware?
I can find the PDA for the DXJF4 on the internet, but just simply can't find the modem and CSC files.
Any help will be appreciated.

CSC and Modem are already included in the PDA file.

So I can actually use the same PDA file as the modem and csc file as well?
Or do I have to extract the files in it out and re tar the archive?

read the flashing tutorial (PDF) published in samsung-firmwares carefully, Point #2, it stated that if PDA is the only file you have, you can flash it with that 1 single file, no further extraction is needed.
"Open in ODIN the flash files and the .PIT file (use PDA if you’ve got only one file inside the firmware)."

If I got your question correctly, then no. Don't extract the tar archive. Put the DXJF4 PDA file (AP_S1_PDA_DXJF4_CL363024.tar) on PDA, leave the phone and CSC section blank (don't put AP_S1_PDA_DXJF4_CL363024.tar on the phone and CSC section).
Also, I succeed in flashing DXJF4 using 513 pit. 512 didn't work at all.

Question about s6102

Hello, i have firmware for s6102 and odin v1.85...now when i extract firmware for s6102 i get these files:
DefaultCalDataWithBoot_S6102XXKL8_REV02.tar
GT-S6102-MULTI-CSC-OXEKL8.tar.md5
MODEM_S6102XXKL8_REV02.tar.md5
PDA_S6102XXKL8_REV02.tar.md5
Should i select all these files and do i need to select pit and/or repartition to flash my phone?
Thanks
This is Galaxy Y's forum! Anyway, just select PDA, Phone and CSC. And leave all checkboxes default.

s6102 is a member of galaxy y familiy. most of applicable mod for sgy will work on s6102 too. except for the rom and kernel of course.
You can find a thread dedicated to Galaxy Y Duos in accessories section.

[Q] Extract modem file from Stock Firmware

Can someone help extract a modem file from a Stock firmware downloaded from Sammobile ? or put for download the I9195UBUCNH3 modem file (zip or odin) is the last one for my country by mistake a replace it from another country and now my battery is going really fast.
i try some tutorial with cygwin, but no lucky.
thanks
Use the attached zip. U need windows pc for this. Place your firmware tar.md5 file in the extracted directory and open the "" tar.md5_packager.bat "" file. Then choose option to extract that tar.md5 file. In the 'parts' folder u will get extracted firmware contents. The non-hlos.bin file is modem. Good luck.
pedromms86: Hi guy, could you extract the modem file?
Please post it because I need it.
company of the problem
Sent from my GT-I9190 using XDA Free mobile app
Open the .tar.md5 official rom file with WinRAR and extract NON-HLOS.bin. Flash that file with Odin 3.07 as modem.

How can this be done with Heimdall? If so, do I use:
Code:
heimdall flash --APNHLOS NON-HLOS.bin
or
Code:
heimdall flash --MDM NON-HLOS.bin

Sammobile Image not working?

I did a firmware replacement on an s7 last month using the firmware on sammobile and when I did it there was a specific ap, cp and bl file I had to add for the flash to work.
Now, trying to do one for a verizon note 4, the file I downloaded from sammobile under n910v for 6.0.1 only has one file in the zip with a tar.md5 extension and the instructions say to add it to the ap and pda options in Odin...but there is no pda option in odin?
I've tried the file in every checkbox available and one at a time as well and it does nothing on start, just shows all threads completed (success 0 / failed 0) and it shows that result immediately having done nothing with the phone?
What am I missing?

If it's a .zip file make sure you've unzipped it. In later versions of ODIN just drop it in the AP block. You want everything unchecked except for F.reset and possibly auto reboot. It'll populate all of the other boxes once it starts.
