Question is as stated above.
I'm wondering if anyone has seen any issues since the update, besides the issues noted in the discussions already started?
I have a strange anomaly. When accessing an app via a Moto Display notification I see a brief vibrate icon in the notification area. It goes away within a second or two upon launching the app. I do not have my phone on vibrate. This was not there before the update. It does not affect the phone performance, but it does appear to be a small bug of sorts. Anyone else see this? I'm admittedly a little OCPD so that may be the reason I'm noticing!

The status bar keeps flickering down on location-aware sites like the main Google search page. The GPS icon seems to be triggering this. This is a new problem, starting about the same time as the Instant Previews search feature, announced on March 8th.
This constantly steals focus from the cursor, making navigation difficult.
If I clear the previous permissions granted, and deny access to my location, the problem goes away. That's not good enough, though. I want it working like before, since I get better search results when Google knows my location.
Here is a short video of the problem occurring, it illustrates the problem more clearly. Anyone else experiencing this bug?
The issue described in this post has been reported to be fixed by updating to miUI version 1.12.30.
On Reddit, user brkastner is having a problem with the vibrate function on his Epic 4G Touch using miUI 1.12.23. Neither he nor I have reached 10 posts on this site, and therefore cannot post in the relevant thread.
When receiving text messages, no vibration can be felt. It appears that this is a known issue, however the suggested fix does not appear to stay functional: after some time the issue returns, perhaps after the display has been off for a given amount of time, or until a notification event.
Brkastner tells me wiping cache does not solve the problem, and has checked the system-wide notification settings as well as checked and changed the app-specific settings in Messaging. Using a special-purpose vibration app, only a brief pulse can be felt when starting/stopping the vibration function while affected by this issue. Rebooting appears to be a temporary workaround, until the problem manifests itself again, but obviously this is not a usable fix for notifications (since it appears to stop working again without interaction). Hot rebooting also does not suppress the problem.
Brkastner also states that the miUI fixes from the first post in the thread have been applied.
Is anyone else affected by this issue?
Are more diagnostics needed?
Does a fix happen to be underway already?
Is there another place where this issue would need to be reported?
Hi!
I've upgraded my phone via OTA to Marshmallow build EPH5 and have side loaded Good Lock 24.0.12. While most everything appears to be working well, I'm having an issue where incoming notifications (for example, a new Hangouts message, which I use as my default SMS app) will cause the multi-window side bar tray to appear on the screen.
I'm not entirely certain if this is Good Lock related, a side-effect of not doing a factory reset before upgrading the phone, or some new setting I haven't quite discovered yet. I'm hoping someone can confirm if this is occurring for them too and what the resolution, if any, might be. I'd prefer the tray to only appear intentionally. Perhaps this is intentional behavior?
Thanks!
I have the same problem too.
I have same problem too, simple fix just disabled multi window for now...
I'm not sure if it's an issues with 6.0.1 mm or is it just a bug in good lock but which ever one hopefully it gets fixed soon...

Thanks all!
From some more Googling, I've found the comments page (which I can't link to) of the Good Lock APK Mirror site seems to indicate this is an artifact of Good Lock.
Hi!
First of all, I'm new to this phone - I owned it for about 2 weeks. and I'm very happy with it. Nonetheless I have noticed an issue that I hope someone can help me out with:
Since the phone doesn't have the notification LED, I have tried out a couple of apps to facilitate this function. I ended up uninstalling them. Now I experience that some notifications are not coming through (so far I've noticed text messages). I'm trying to figure out whether this is an issue with the phone, or if it might have something to do with the notification apps that I tested? I configured the apps and settings/permissions as necessary to get them to work, but I never reset those same settings before I uninstalled.
The issue I am facing is e.g. if a text message is sent to my phone (with display not on), the text and/or notification randomly doesn't get through until I wake the phone. After waking it, the message comes through immediately. Could this have something to do with testing those notification apps? If so, is there any way to find the specific settings and reset them or am I facing a factory reset to get it to work properly again?
Any help or hint is appreciated
Hey.
I wanted to ask users of this phone, does they have the same issues i found, and if they found some more issues - write about these here.
Signal strengh
So first issue is signal strengh. it was first thing i noticed after update from Pie to 10. I get one bar less on every network (2G/3G/4G) - is this normal - does anyone experienced it?
Settings suggestions pinned
Settings suggestions are wel known issue of Android 10, even in pixel's. There is one way to disable it ( https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a3/how-to/guide-remove-customize-mi-a3-suggestion-t4092703 ) but sometime after some of them will re-appear.
No AMOLED theme
Am i the only one, whos having that blue-ish dark theme? Is there any mention of standard AMOLED (pure black) theme? Any rootles way?
Notifications on lockscreen dont appear
THATS MOST FRUSTRATING ISSUE i found. When phone is fresh, notifications appear for ~week, then they simply dont. I tried many things like wipe, turning them off, then on, and it helps for one day or 2. Is there any fix? Does it have something to do with battery saving? I'm not using Allways On Display BTW. Sometimes, some of them appear, sometimes not, thats totaly random.
Some apps gets memory leak
With writing "some apps" i mean one, but its local Polish Bank app, after closing the app, throwing it out of recent apps i constantly getting error, that app (in this example) "enveloBank dont responding" and i have 3 options - information about app, close app, send opinion (which i done). I want to ask, if someone have similar problem with any other app. Issue was not present in Android 9.
Finally, where can i report issues? I know its very stupid question, most of you are propably will say on Mi forum, well i guess thats not proper answer. I was very unpleasingly throwed from Google forums to Mi forums, then from Mi forums to Google forums (i was asking about Android 10 release date).
No need for another thread.
