[ROM] Install Marshmallow as secondary with MultiROM

Hy every one,
I'm new on posting on this forum, but I find on this forum many usefull information for install ROM, first on my HTC Flyer before and now on my new Nexus 7 (2013). Recently I Install MultiRom, very beautyfull system for install a secondary ROM. I was successing to install ROM until Android 5.1. But now wen I try to install any ROM with Android 6.0 or 6.0.1 as secondary ROM I have no success. I try to modify updater-script as described here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=57469293&postcount=106
without any success. I have this two error in some cases:
"Unable to mount storage"
"system partition has unexpected contents after OTA update" and in red color
E:Error executing updater binary in zip '/tmp/mr_update.zip'
I have Android 5.1 Stock ROM rooted as primary and MultiROM v32a app with stock kernel 5.1 patched.
The MultiROM TWRP is 2015-06-30 (v2.8.7)
I Try with:
cm-13.0-20160107-NIGHTLY-flo.zip
Bad_Boyz_Nexus_7_MMB29O_6.0.1_stock_systemless_rooted_TWRP.zip
crdroid-6.0.1-20160102-flo.zip
My question is: "there is a right procedure to do that"?
If anyone suggest me some post to consult without a writing explain would be better too
P.S.: Sorry for my poor english
you might check this patched multirom:

There is a thread already regarding multirom questions:

There is no official multirom for MM yet, but you can install this experimental version:

Hi.
I built mm-6.0 bootable multirom zip for deb.
I tested my private-build RR(lollipop-5.1.1) in primary and also private-build cm-13.0(marshmallow-6.0) in secondery.
And RR primary, BadBoyz stock rooted ROM secondary.
Works fine.
(But not testing mm-6.0 primary)
Source is here. Thanks @nkk71!
This is VERY EXPERIMENTAL. At your own risk.
Sorry NO FLO, because I don't have flo. But probably multirom zip will work on flo.
Now, multirom zip works on flo.
Download is here
modified multirom.zip for deb (Updated. Fix for flo)
cm-13.0 (caf) for boot test

Thanks for replay!!! I try this solution just now!!! I tell my result :fingers-crossed:
Hy,
I install this modified MoltiROM:
"modified multirom.zip for deb (Updated. Fix for flo)"
you suggest via MultiROM TWRP recovery on my first ROM (Stock 5.1).
I try to start the first cm-13.0-20160107-NIGHTLY-flo.zip (with modified updater-script) installed on USB Key formatted with ext4 filesystem. When device started not mount USB (like it do before). Reinstalling CMW to USB Key. Some things before. Reinstalling on internal SD and all OK!!! The red write: "Unable to mount storage" on installing but the system start correctly!!! :good:
With OpenGApps pico 6.0 installed via recovery, the system start but stuck to a window from OpenGApps.
Later I try to install:
"cm-13.0 (caf) for boot test" suggested
I'm very very happy!!!
I retest the ROM before and I will post the result
What GApps can I try?
Why MultiROM don't recognized USB Key at startup for run secondary ROM?
Thanks again!!!
I try "cm-13.0 (caf) for boot test" suggested, but I have flo version of Nexus 7 (2013). I modify the updater-script with deb replaced by flo and I install and run correctly. With cm-13.0-20160107-NIGHTLY-flo.zip ROM the auto rotation screen on desktop don't work, now with last install it work. With UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.52.zip installed ROMs stuck on CWM13 logo. Now the restored MarshMallow ROMs woks too

Zip Flashing problem.

Hi, Devs!
i'm having problem with flashable zips. :crying:Every time i flash a zip in TWRP
which is not specially made for Zenfone 2 x86 devices it shows me an error
"updater process ended with error 255":crying:
I also changed the 'update-binary' file from METAF folder from the Zenfone to firmware. But again it shows me another error of "updatre process ended
with error 6".:crying:
Someone can please tell me how could i make zips X86 device compitable?
There is a TWRP available for the Zenfone 2. May not be the latest but it works, its in either Android Developement or Original Android Developement.
i have TWRP
But i have TWRP version 3.0.0.0?
But let me know that the above problem is becouse of TWPR or the ZIP file?

Will it work if I disable Bootloader and then try and use the Xperia Companion Software repair? Will that get me an OS?
Close flash tool and connect your device in fastboot or flash mode (can't remember which one worked just try both) while xperia companian is on it will recognize it and it will try to reflash custom frimware alongisde with the custom rom. Or yıu can download a custom rom from android development and flash it. I recommend Xperia UI Mrom Light version 3.0.5 since it is a stock rom with root features and it has drm funcionality. You can connect your device to your computer and acesses its sd card while in TWRP recovery. So download rom zip and copy it your phone's sd card and then just flash it.
