I don't think you can. It's not just s/w, it's tied to the motion sensors in the phone itself and the drivers are probably different. I've tried it on a SGS3 and you're not missing much. The only place it works is in a text. If you're in a contact with multiple phone numbers (most of mine) then you still have to pick which one you want to dial from a secondary menu that's displayed. Good in theory, limited in practice.

But it's probably not implemented the same way. When people were using S-Voice on the One X a lot of the functions didn't work because of the differences in the way Samsung calls their apps and h/w driver implementation. Direct Call will look for settings and drivers in a specific place that don't exist in the One X.

It's one of the Worst gimmicks of the S3.
Seriously, you're not missing anything, just press Menu and then call when you're in a message

Nokia Lumia 900 Incoming Calls not working

I am facing serious problem with my Nokia Lumia 900. All incoming calls are not working on my mobile. Any person who calls on my number, the call is automatically rejected or blocked.
My outgoing calls are working perfectly fine and Email, SMS too
I am not using any call rejection software.
Any help will be highly appreciated.

you should go to Setting => Network. In "call" section, you should check everything! (Call waiting & Call forwaring)
You should also check your SIM card by putting it in to another phone and see what happen

the Sim is workingworked on my backup mobile without any issue. tried those steps yesterday but they didn't workedon

HTC sense blocking contacts only calls or also whatsapp?

I want to know if blocking someone in the phonebook of HTC One X(Sense 4 and 4+) blocks only calls and sms or also whatsapp??

One X sometimes can't receive the phone call

Hi, I am using a HTC One X WWE, stock rom 4.1.1. Sometime, people can't not call me because the my HTC One X can not receive their calls. There is no notification or even missed call alert, nothing. I have register a MCA (Missed Call Alert) service with the mobile network carrier.
When that problem happen, I got nothing, just a message from MCA service that I have missed a call from 12345xxxxx at 12:xx 02/xx/201x.
I tried to replace a new simcard but it doesn't help. People plz help me.

HTC One M8 Cannot receive calls/texts/voicemail until a call is made

Hello,
Recently I've had issues where my HTC One M8 with T-Mobile cannot receive calls until a call is made. It will ring twice and then go straight to voicemail, but the phone never actually rings. It's when I make a call from the M8 that it will begin to receive the flood of texts, voicemails and also start receiving calls again. Any ideas? I'm currently using this rom. Thanks!
