These themes are for TWRP ver. 2.3.x on the Nexus 7 800x1280.

To use these themes, you will need to have TWRP 2.3.x installed.
Get the newest version here - http://teamw.in/project/twrp2
Or download the goomanager app from the play store and use the Install openrecovery script option.
You will need to create a theme folder in /sdcard/TWRP Ex: /sdcard/TWRP/theme
NOTE: Make sure to use all lower case when creating the theme folder.
Copy the desired theme to the theme folder and rename to ui.zip
Boot into recovery and enjoy.

i had tried others a month ago,i don't remeber if they were from you,on rootzwiki.

having issues installing, can you install the zip directly in the recovery. also my twrp folder is in my ex sdcard. I'm also trying to install this on a galaxy s3

sorry, I don't know if they work on twrp 2.5, but I also would like to know if I could use them with the twrp mod recovery used for MultiROM 10..

nope it need to be network Three.co.uk and its android version: 4.1.1 base band version: N7100NEALIA. build number: JR003C.N7100XXALIJ can someone give me a link to download it because i am now running the android revolution but if something happens i need to have it in a case of an emergency.

Bootloader Status

I am interested if my bootloader is unlocked
At service menu it says
Bootloader Unlock:yes
Does that mean it is unlocked or just that I can't unlock it?

If it shows yes, then only u can able to unlock bootloader...
If it no, then you won't unlock your bootloader forever....

Yes, your bootloader is ulocked. Bootloop after unlocking is something normal because data partition is wiped.

Is it safe to lock it with partition of the previous 4.3 firmware?
It is unlocked for a 100%?
(Or just flash cm11 :3)

your bootloader is already unlocked, flashing ftf won't change anything until you flash the relock file, and there's no half unlock

reboot to bootloader
connect phone to pc
type "fastboot flash logo logo.bin" (remove quotes)
reboot phone

afaik you cant flash logo.bin file via recovery...

Hi. I am not so lectured in Android customization and the only thing I've ever flashed is Closed for LP. Shall I just put the zip in the internal memory and flash it via TWRP, or is there another step?
Also if I need to return to the stock bootlogo what is it I shall save or where do I find it?

Yes just put the zip file in the internal memory and flash it through twrp or philz recovery. You will have to find the stock boot logo and flash it using mfastboot in order to return to stock.
