Hi, i have a big issue, i install any custom rom, pac rom, cyanogen unofficial, cyanide, etc... and have the same problem, the wifi connects the first run, but after the reboot, cannot connect and stay in "saved" or "obtaining ip address", my bootloader is: I747MUMUEND3 and my baseband its the same; any solution? or any tutorial for the mexican network?
You're running a 4.3 modem and bootloader which is outdated for some the most recent ROMs.
You need to update the modem and bootloader.

Really need help guys.
I can't view any mobile networks nor connect them.
My SIM card isn't detected.
My basedband version is "unknown".
manually entering APNs does not work.
What can I do?
What baseband and bootloader are on your phone? You must ensure that your baseband, bootloader, and ROM are compatible.
I have a feeling your bootloader and modem need to be updated.
I've recently upgraded to CM11 for d2lte from stock, and can't connect to mobile data network. Tried flashing the T999UVUENC2 baseband for the device, but it still isn't working. I'm wondering if there's a conflict between the networks? Does it need to be "re-unlocked" or anything?
Hello,
Today I flashed a rom from http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-2-tmobile/development/rom-team-ub-rom-t0lte-t2974731 and it killed my network. Before flashing I was able to get a signal to T-mobile's network (calling, texting and data). After update, it couldn't find the cellular network (stuck on the screen looking for a network). Going into settings to auto-register on the network also didn't work and getting the message "error when searching for networks". Then I tried to flash stock with odin but it didn't work, gets errors of writing on boot.img and system.img using the stock roms for Jan 16, 2013.
My phone is Note 2 (SGH-889V). originally T-mobile, Wind (Canada) on T-mobile sim.
Please help.
Good morning, I am running the latest Lineage 14.1 rom (14.1-20171204-Nightly-d2att) on the Samsung Galaxy S3 (SGH-I747) phone, this phone is rooted, running the latest TWRP (3.2.1.0) and the I747UCUFNJ2 baseband on this device, this device is fully rooted, and is SIM unlocked for use with any carrier, my carrier is T-Mobile.
Ever since installing this rom, and any roms higher than android 6.0 (I've ran CM 12, CM 12.1, CM 13, SlimKat, and AOSP roms), everything works perfectly except for my cellular data will not go higher than Edge (2G) and my complete cell connection will randomly disconnect for a few seconds then reconnect itself.
I've tried everything from changing the APN settings specified by T-Mobile for LTE connectivity, I've gotten a replacement SIM from T-Mobile, I'm lost at this point as to what the issue could be. According to T-Mobile I do have the BYOD option so unlike some carriers, the SIM is not supposed to be locked to a specific IMEI.
Does anyone have any idea what could be the issue and/or a solution to this? Is there a higher baseband that needs to be loaded to fix this that I'm not aware of?
Thanks for your help everyone.
The phone is also running the latest bootloader?
Yes it is.
I assume the cellular data works properly with a stock ROM.
Does the cellular data work with the sim in another phone? Cellular data works with another sim card in the s3?

Hello,
I have a problem with my Z2 Force TMO US version. I live in Poland. I bought the phone on the internet and it was TMO simlocked. I did the temporary unlock to check if it is working. Then I wanted to flash custom rom (DU in this case) and my problems has begun.
1. After first attempt of unlocking boot I got it unlocked but couldn't flash any custom rom. I figured out it is TWRP problem (flashed 3.2.2-2 not 3.2.1.1).
2. Flashed TWRP 3.2.1-1 and I was able to flash custom rom.
3. After flashing custom rom I lost phone signal: I'm getting no service and zero signal bar. I checked *#*#4636#*#* and noticed that I have radio off. I had IMEI and BASEBAND then.
4. I tried many other roms to get my signal back but no success.
5. I flashed stock TMO and was able to unlock simlock temporary again but it has no service and signal again. Radio is off.
6. Today I tried flashing stock OREO OCX27.109-36 with locking bootloader now I'm stuck.
I have locked bootloader and no baseband which means I don't have any signal or WIFI (mac is 0). I can't connect to google account so I can't get oem unlocking option - it's greyed out.
Can somebody help me with enabling OEM unlock? Or even better can somebody help me with getting signal back?
Thanks in advance for reply.
Try flashing the newest TMO firmware, which is the only thing you can flash with a locked bootloader. Check post #2 of the return to stock thread for the flashall utilities and the TMO flashall. The latest firmware provided for TMO is ocx27.109-51-7
You can do it
, I already had this issue with my moto z2 force in Morocco , so what I did is I connected the phone to internet via bluetooth and when I added my google accounte the unlocking oem in dev option was normal , so I was able to flash roms again . Hope this will help you.
