Hi all, I am developing an android wallpaper app and have a couple of questions someone can help me with.
As a brief overview of the app; as an administrator I will be sending wallpapers to users phones and 'setting' them as the default wallpaper to their phone background.
One of the functions I want in the app/admin webpages is to register if a user changes their wallpaper from my admin 'set' wallpaper to another wallpaper (live or standard). I have been told this is possible if the 'set' wallpaper is changed to another standard wallpaper, however, not if it is changed to a live wallpaper. Is this correct?
If a push notification is sent to multiple users, some of which may have uninstalled the app - does the notification stay 'pending' on the GCM server indefinitely or can push notifications be coded to stay 'pending' for eg 24 hours before returning as failed and listing the failed users? Is this a common method of finding out which users may have uninstalled their app? Is there an easier way?
Thanks all, appreciate any responses

i wanted to know if there is an application to make us set wallpapers for all taps but with option to close this option without uninstalling this application as what exists today
why all my questions are not answerd
I've tried a half dozen wallpaper changers already and can't find one with the simple features I want.
1. chooses wallpaper from a folder
2. displays them randomly (can be every time I unlock or after a time limit)
"WallChanger" comes close, but the order is not random, it keeps showing the first few files in the folder.
Every other app either doesn't work with KF, doesn't override lock screen wallpaper, or crashes outright. I'm not really willing to flash a new rom and I'm content with Go Launcher (which has its own wallpaper system but it doesn't play well with KF). So does someone have a simple APK that can handle this?
nooper = newb zooper
Is there a list of variables/coding for apps not listed in the zooper main tekst list?
just trying to make a few simple sms and email count widgets.
I know how to do it all but cant figure out the variables for the native email (not gmail) app im using and the native note4 teksting app doesn't seem to want to show count eother. (I use downloaded font and wallpaper)
is there some kind of way to force zooper to detect or recognize the variables for these?

The website Unsplash.com contains, without a doubt, the most beautiful images I have seen. There are several other apps available for Unsplash.com, but none of them supports uploading images (comming very soon) , liking photos, cutting photos to the perfect dimensions of your phone or tablet and editing your profile.
With these functionalities I am trying to stand out from the other apps.
This is the result (I have done a little extra to please the tablet users):
This is the main screen of the app when it launches.
The available categories that you can filter the recents list with.
This is the screen that shows you all of the details from the image
The image cropper
Curated batches
Personal favorites
Editing your profile.
Login with your Unsplash.com account to like photos and upload them. You can manage your account from within the app.
Pick one of the many (and I mean many) high resolution free wallpapers that you can use to make your home-screen look beautiful once again.
Cut the wallpaper to the perfect size for your screen and if the wallpaper is big enough, you will get that little sliding effect as a bonus
If a new wallpaper is uploaded, the app will notify you, so you are always up-to-date and ready to download a new wallpaper.
When you see a wallpaper that your friend might like, you can share the image right away, even better, the title, the author and the QR code of the image will be added as well.
Or if all you want is to have a nice image in your gallery, you can save the image without any problems.
Every image on unsplash.com is licensed under the Creative Commons Zero license. This means you can and may do everything with it.
Permissions list:
Pictures/media/files & Storage & Camera: To save the images to the sd card.
Full networkaccess: Download the data from the server
Set wallpaper: speaks for itself.
Run at boot: a NotificationService will be started, that sets an alarm (no alarm to wake you up ) that fires once per half a day this keeps you up-to-date with the latest and greatest wallpapers. When the alarm is set, the service will kill itself.
The app is 7,92 MB big and requires Android 4.1 or higher
The app is fully free!

I've been having a problem for a little while now.
Certain apps will randomly crash, the only thing I've found in common is they are all ones with some sort of overlay code I guess.
Generally when one of them crashes all of them do.
Apps affected:
-Facebook Messenger Chat Heads (main app works, chat heads just crash)
-Battery Widget+
-Light Grid (live wallpaper)
-Fleksy (keyboard)
I have Light Grid set to change color depending on battery. I originally thought it might be a conflict with Battery Widget+, but I have had the same problem with other Live Wallpapers.
I've tried removing a lot of apps I don't use any more, but can't seem to kick this problem.
anyone have any ideas?
Or maybe an app that can scan for the cause of app crashes or something?
Any help would be AMAZING!
