For some reasons top of three lock types are greyed and cannot choose. Can't find why. I don't have any exchange etc. accounts.
EDIT: Solved. Need to clear certificates from Security-Certificate management.

Like the topic says.
I want to delete my Outlook E-mail that I setup on the Dash. When I still scroll in the message screen it still shows "Outlook E-Mail" along side Test messages and MMS.
Also I can't uncheck the device lock setting and I have to put in a 6 digit code every time I need to. Previously before putting exchange on my phone it was just a 4 digit simple pin. Any way to reverse this without having to hard reset my phone?

Try deleting it through Active Sync
So I have a question. I've got two accounts on my email tab on TP2. My gmail and my hotmail. Both are set to check but the only one that ever checks unless I manually tell it to check is gmail. Anyone else have this problem?
Open your Windows Live app.
Tap Menu.
Tap Options
Tap Sync Schedule
Set accordingly (you probably have this set to Manual at the moment)
Tap Done
Tap Done
Thanks muchly
I've always had my work email (Exchange) connected to my Evo, no matter which ROM I was running. Had it hooked up with CM6 RC1, no problems. Had a bit of trouble getting it set up with CM6 RC2, but was able to get it working with a fake domain, which took me to the manual setup screen. All is well, except...
Now I'm getting random notifications that Exchange needs security settings changed. I can click on the notification and it's not telling me specifically what I need to enable. Under security in the settings menu, Email is set as a device administrator (can't remove it from there or it disables my account.) The thing is, even without security enabled, I'm still able to send and receive email.
I know on my old WinMo phone, Exchange automatically enabled PIN locking of the screen - but it's not enabling the security that it needs to here. Any idea what I need to change?
I had that notification for a long time..i went into my OWA through the web and had to delete all my previous devices to my exchange account and re setup my exchange and havent seen that notification since..
I have set my lock screen to "productivity", so I can see my alerts, the "issue" is that my GMail app notifications do not appear, am I missing a setting somewhere or is this the same for everyone?
Well, I can only select MAIL in Settings, GMail is missing.. seems to be a missing Software Feature.. Maybe because GMail isn't a Sense-App?

Same for me, the option in settings allows you to only pick accounts set up in the Email app.
Another annoyance!
Hi guys,
Sorry if this issue has already been posted. I've done some quick search and didn't find any effective solution.
My Galaxy Nexus is on stock 4.0.4, latest build available. I have three accounts set up on the device:
- Gmail 1
- Gmail 2
- Skype
I want only the contacts from account Gmail 1 to be shown in the People app and the contacts tab in the Phone app. I've tried everything. The standard setting where I select only contacts from the desired account to be shown doesn't work as it should. Once I quit the app and open it again, all contacts from the three accounts are shown. I also tried to remove all accounts and set them up again, no effect.
I am trying to avoid a factory reset. Is there any other option you guys can think about? Any setting that I may not know about?
Thanks in advance.
