Mr. Chainfire maid the last one,but this is just a hobby for him soo... let's hope that he will get a bit bored soon
So after we get a recovery we could root our neos by flashing superuser.zip v 2.46... just wait till there is twrp
Twrp is already here, just download it from the official website and flash it trough Odin. As of supersu, I tried to flash the latest beta, but it got me into a bootloop.
TWRP is working with 5.1.1 and our 7505 ?

Mr Chainfire doesn't make superuser for any samsung 5.1.1 devices because kernel is selinux enforcing(always block root) we need to make root compatible kernel and flash with cwm

Did someone found a way to root it?
ok i know what we have to do in order to get a rootable kernel:
we need to build a kernel with selinux permissive mode instead of enforcing mode
i am downloading the kernel sources for n7505 LP ~150mb 15kb/s server
found this cool guide http://graemehill.ca/compiling-permissive-android-kernel/ which looks simple
so if this will work we will get root before end of 2015
Hello all.
So, as a noob, I rooted my tab S successfully and was playing around with the TWRP recovery settings and accidentally deleted my OS. I was able to flash a stock version of Android but now it is stuck in a loop and I have no way of getting it past the loading screen. I am able to access the download mode but I can get no further than that. Is there anyway that you can help me with resetting my device? Could any of you also link me to a thread which can help me unroot my tab so that I can reroot it using CF auto root with TWRP recovery mode installed?
That would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
My model number is: SM-T800NZWAXAR
Wipe Data then flash again, wait at least 10 mins for for first boot.
We flashed tamirda's phoenix rom. I can't even explain the whole process because my cousin helped us out with that, but thanks!!!

I'm afraid I didn't get an answer from you. I asked for a link but I didn't get one. But you also suggested that I flashed the rom from or custom recovery. Correct me if there is anything wrong in the process that me and my cousin discovered. I probably forgot to mention that I had a T-800 but anyways.
From a prior, we did an ADB sideload of TWRPrecovery. It tooks my cousin a while to find the stuff, but he was able to reinstall the device drivers and sideload it into the system memory. From there, he uploaded the rom installer, which was done through aroma, at that point. Then. we installed, Gapps and customized it to include the services that I want. The rom worked perfectly.
But I messed up when I flashed the OTA through ODIN rather than through twrp. It deleted the custom recovery and a popup saying that gapps could not be located was annoyingly in the way.
So at this point. We were able to root the tablet. then flash the custom recovery. First we loaded the recovery, the actual rom. then gapps, and finally the OTA from the tablet memory. In hindsight, we decided to do this after trying to install straight gapps from the OTA and gapps kept giving an error code 70. After loading everything onto the rom, it worked.
Now I do have a question about xposed. Would I have to flash that in recovery if I wanted to take access of its features? Is there a link on how to use it? Or does that depend on xposed and how well my rom could support it?
Well I won't suggest u to flash xposed since it can give u bootloop problems and I m sure u won't wanna take a risk. But if u really want it then tell me.
And for installing the zip first u will need a deodexed rom installed on ur device
tra_dax
Yeah. I found out the hard way that my device can easily get boot looped with too many modules. I do have a back up ready and a method for wiping and resetting the device.

U will need a de-odexed ROM. If u don't get one, i'll find the way to make the firmware de-odexed. Here's the xposed apk and the zip file:

V3? V75 is the latest version.
According to one user, they tried to flash the latest version's framework only to have it stuck in a boot loop. I tried a 71 exynos file because another user recommended it as the most stable framework for the poster with that issue.

Okay so i'm having some issues flashing this rom. While installing it tells me that the file im using' lte' is the wrong one for my device and that I should be using wifi. My tab is SMT705 .. i'm very confused, any ideas?

Accidental reply.
You need to install the t700 version of twrp to install the wifi version of cm or remove the assert lines from the updater script.

How comes it won't let im install the lte version of cm when my tablet is lte enabled? Also, this is my first ever time flashing a rom so I don't know what the updater script it.
I tried installing the wifi version of cm, doing what the error said. The installation went a little further but got stuck at 'flashing the image conditionally'

It doesn't matter what your device is, you need to use the right recovery. If you have installed the t700 version of recovery then cm will think your device is a wifi version.
You have to wait at the flashing image conditionally message. Its not stuck, it takes a while for the rom to install, just be patient.

Yeh it's up to you.
Code:
I'm not responsible for what you do to your device,
this is official software downloaded from Sammobile
and uploaded to different mirrors to spread availability.
This is the stock MODEM, BOOTLOADER, and ROM from Sammobile uploaded for all of you guys.
WARNING: There is a possibility that some of the ROMs may not work since they've been designed for the Lollipop (DOK2) bootloader. I have not tested yet if CF-Autoroot works.
Edit #2: There seems to be no ROOT as of now!
Edit #3: AFTER FLASHING TWRP VIA ODIN, I CAN'T BOOT.
Edit #4: I am able to boot after flashing via odin. I was just being a derp and kept doing it wrong. If you can't get passed the splash screen all you need to do is factory reset and that seems to have fixed it for me. TL;DR I now have Systmless root, TWRP, and on MM for T-Mobile (EPE3)
Steps to get this working:
Boot into download mode.
Have odin opened and ready.
Make sure your device is plugged in to your computer.
Now click AP, add the file you extracted from the .rar you downloaded. (For example: N910TUVU2EPE3_N910TTMB2EPE3_N910TUVU2EPE3_HOME.tar.md5)
Now press start!
After it's done, you're going to want to do the same thing but with TWRP. Remember to click AP and not CP.
Now via TWRP, flash the latest Systemless Root by Chainfire
You should now be able to boot into the ROM.

Alright it finished uploading! As of now you can't root it, I've already tried using @TEKHD 's CF-Autoroot method, and I've also tried flashing the latest Systemless root from Chainfire, I tried changing the kernel as well. If you try rooting you can't get past the "Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Powered By Android" Splash screen. :/
EDIT: Factory resetting using Samsungs recovery seems to have fixed it for me. I believe it might fix it for anyone else stuck on the splash screen as well.

That's really strange, I wonder how they got it. I can't get passed the boot screen if I flash systemless root. I'll keep trying though!
Possibly what I'm experiencing may be due to me being a derp and flashing via CP instead of AP. I'm going to try flashing everything through AP instead.
