I'm trying to clear up my list of my automatically saved Zooper widgets.
Can it be done ? One by one ? All at the same time ?
Thanks

hey guys, after installing apps like talking tom and maps for a country for locations we have to download a further amount of files of huge size. i tried looking for them again so i dont have to download them again while switching roms.....but i cant for maps and talking tom....i could find the files for beweather in a folder simillarly named but not for others.
where exactly are they ?
thnx
why don't you use Titanium Backup ? it saves the app + data of the app, and after you flash a ROM you just have to install titanium and restore the apps

hey thanks rares !
this seems to be the next best option. but how to do it for My Locations
i wanted to be able to see the files in windows on my pc.....and save them
ARC S, GB 2.3.4.69
1. Its quite timeconsuming to arrange all the apps/widgets on the different screens manually on the phone.
- is there a PC Tool to do it
- can the position be manipulated by e.g. just changing the order in certain files / dirs ?
- how to save / backup the positions of the widgets and apps on several screens to have it after a CWM recovery ?
2. Could I transport the setup to my wifes ARC S ?
yes and I thought only a dev could answer this ...

Yes, and devs also read Q&A.
This section is to publish development of ROM/Kernel software only.
moved as requested ... answers would be very welcome now
The easyest way to do this is titanium backup backup all apps with data and also Xperia launcher data and app.
Move backed up files to other device install titanium and restore the apps and launcher with data. Thia should work. I have done it many times.
Some times the launcher will miss one or two apps witch will not show icons but a blank place holder (hard to find) in both the app screen and on the interface itself

Guys, I seriously and urgently need help over here
I accidentally deleted something important notes (the built in HTC note apps), I searched all over the internet but those recovery softwares only recover images/videos.
So, is there a way to recover my deleted notes ? :'( It's my final year project thing.....
arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I'm going out on a limb here (and please don't hit me if it's bogus , but isn't the note app just a reskinned evernote? have you connected the app with any account? Evernote usually keeps a history, but it's only visible when you have a paid account. Maybe you can get it this way...
i did not use evernote anyway.
By the way I found the solution, luckily I have note widgets on the workspace, it automatically generates .png image files for my notes whenever it displays the note as widget. I found the .png file !!! thank goddddddddd
PROBLEM SOLVED !!:laugh::good:
Please Help ME!!

as we all know, the data that we accidentally deleted from our phone is not lost in essence, you can retrieve them with professional data recovery program, here are many if you google, here I recommend HTC Recovery Mac.:fingers-crossed:

Hi,
I'm new here and I'm in a pickle! I also accidentally deleted an important note (from scribble) and need to recover it. I've seen files for recovering music and photo but nothing on note file. Has anyone been successful in recovering their deleted note?
Login with gmail account or whatever. Because HTC saves Scribble data on internet. You can sync easily.
Sorry for your loss, but if you have set up to sync before, you might be able to recover your deleted notes from the trash of Google Drive.
So here's the deal. I want to know if its possible to backup downloaded or edited song names of the walkman app. I suppose that when you edit the name of a song with the edit music info feature it is stored somewhere in the data folder of the device, because when you do a full wipe it disappears. So what if i could find the exact folder where they are stored and make a backup of it and then restore it in another rom where a full wipe is required to install. Hope you guys understand.
Well I don't know exactly but let us try, we won't lose anything.
These are the folders:
mnt/sdcard/Android/data/com.android.providers.media
mnt/sdcard/Android/data/com.sonyericsson.mediaextra.provider
mnt/sdcard/Android/data/com.sonyericsson.music
Move these 3 folders to anywhere else, then reboot your phone and open the WALKMAN app. If the music info disappeared then these are the correct folders.
??
you mean moving them all at the same time? because i tried moving them one by one and rebooting and nothing happened except for the album pictures disappearing

Yes try to move them all at the same time (NOT ONE BY ONE) to any different new folder. If it didn't work then move these folders again to the same place [stock place] "mnt/Android/data".
I'm using the latest version of Zooper Widget Pro from the playstore on a VZW Samsung Galaxy S4 (Slimrom v1.9 - Android 4.3)
Whenever I create a new zooper widget (any size) or open one that has been created, I am unable to see ANY templates in the SD Card Templates section. All I get is the spinning loading icon. I tried being patient and waiting over 15 minutes - set the phone down and came back with screen timeout set to never, as well. I've tried reinstalling and clearing data+cache. I've tried moving the folder to my SD and moving back to see if it would 'refresh' - no luck. I only got the list of templates when I luck when I moved all my templates from the Zooper folder 'Templates' folder to a different folder and moved back only 10 templates (at random). Whenever I move more templates into the 'Templates' folder, I get the spinning loading icon hang.
Why is it doing this?? I have a fair share of templates in my folder but why did it work up until a couple days ago? Did it reach a tipping point of sorts?
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Even if someone else can share a similar issue or something. Cause I'm at my wits end with this. I have a few skins I wanted to put up in the playstore and I'm currently being held back.
Sorry for the long post and I hope that this is the correct section. Thank you for taking the time to read this and helping find a solution.
The screenshot I attached is what I see when I select SD card templates to see the list to choose from.

I have the same issue on my Galaxy S3 with Onmi rom (latest nightly)
Lucky I have bought it few minutes ago and can abort the transaction. I will buy it again when it will work
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
EDIT: Solved!!!
I had to copy the templates into internal storage folder:
/storage/emulated/0/ZooperWidget/Templates
then they were visible inside the app after tapping "open from sdcard"
Maybe i was just too hasty
