[Q] No real custom rom for the dual verison - Sony Xperia T2 Ultra

Hallo,
There are some custom roms but none of then really work great on the Dual Veriosn of the T2 Ultra.
on most of these roms they are build for the dual version but the second sim would not work.
Thats frustrating.
and most of the roms look abbonded: like cyanogenmod (last tianchi build from 1014.....) or would not really support both sims active. (pacmanrom)
what i really like to see is a build of CM12 with dual support (the only real reason for a dual sim handy).
i really understand that there are only a view devs.
but no informations is also not good.
this is not a request to provide a new kernel just a friendly question.
thx
Mario

Any custom rom for I9192?

It is very strange that no dev has yet tried to build a custom rom for our device.I am not a techie. But before buying s4 mini I was using a core i8262.Today I just opened the core section and to my pleasant surprise people are actively cooking custom rom for that phone. So if roms can be cooked for galaxy core i8262,which is also a dual sim phone, why not for our phone?

Those ROM's in that section look like winzip roms i.e copying and pasting to /system/app. Even I am waiting for CM11 for I9192 but I feel there is no hope for dual sim phones as android doesnt support it natively. Right now, I am just waiting for the Samsung Kitkat update which God only knows when they would release it.
From what I have read this ROM is pretty good....

No, no custom ROM for Android on Dual Sims. Except manufacture modded ROMs. And if you bother to read any of this ROMs you post for the Galaxy Core link, non of them are working to make as a usable functional phone.

[Q] Suggest me stable coustom ROM for I9082 please.

Can anyone please suggest me good custom ROM for our galaxy grand. I gave a try with few ROM from this forum but am not much aware of few technical terms go i were not able to justify the stable ROM. Right now am using with dual sim on Cosmic Rom since this is their first try so there were some bugs its seems so am looking for a stable ROM. My usage is won't be to extreme but will have 5 to 8 background running apps so am looking for a light and smooth ROM which will give a performance without any lag, also with battery efficiency. Also am with Limited Bandwidth and i were not able to give try with several ROM so hope you guys will help me. Plz suggest me a stable ROM.
Even if it is Single Sim supported ROM also am happy with that. Looking for Kitkat version if possible.
Apologize if the question is already raised in the forum and i missed it to read. Thanks in advance.
I prefer official Resurrection Remix ROM v5.0.6
It is stable and has a lot of features but only one SIM.

If U wan dual sim functionality u can use pawitp CM11.0 Rom it has good feature but dual sim functionality is Experimental... There is no Rom which has no bugs...some small bugs will be there
Try PROBÀM AOSB BUILD 9.. quite stable!

I´m using pawitp CM11.0 ROM since the launch on march-09 and is very reliable and stable. Few bugs, but nothing worse than other Roms I tested.
You should give it a try.
Best Custom Rom for Galaxy Grand Duos I9082
Best Custom ROM for I9082 Galaxy Grand is Xperia Flavored Gennext Rom, Fastest and Most Stable 4.2.2 based ROM. I have tries almost all ROM among which this is best, which have "move to sd" feature due to 4.2.2 JB.
Just give it try , it will not disappoint you.

Its good to have custom rom and i do owe a lot of respect for the developers for making so many customer roms for our Grand.
However, I prefer Stock Rom with modification such as Disabling Bloatware, changing DPI, Using alternate launcher, customization with Xposed etc.
On Stock Rom I get Antutu score of 11,000+ and device is working smoothly even on NB1 Firmware.
So instead of looking for more customer roms, with few bugs, use stock rom with customization.

Possibility of Custom ROMs

Discuss about the possibility of this phone having custom ROMs!
What I think is that it should be possible for custom kernels, custom ROMs requires Mediatek frameworks and hardware which requires Mediatek's source code.
I've emailed in to Sony and Mediatek regarding this issue (I'm pretty sure they might just ignore, but yea without trying it will never happen)
any news about custom roms ?
Any hope for custom roms? :/
A lot of stuff has released on Z5 that I have a hinch some might be compatible but we have no recovery to try.
I guess not any/enough devs have an M5 unfortunately
So no good news for the nearcoming future.
It was like this with Xperia Arc it was Qualcomm processor and still passed more than a half year till the recovery came and then later the roms.It will come out but we need to wait with mediatek smartphones it's harder but it doesn't mean it's not going to happen. Even if it doesn't happen it's still good as it is.we have root xposed what do we need more.I understand that a lot of people like customizing i do to but hey it's not the end of the world.

Unfortunately the m5 isn't that popular I doubt there'll be anything other than modified stock and that's only if Someone has one to release recovery+mods for. The m2 was and still is a popular device but custom roms barley exist for it there isn't even a fully working mm rom for it m5 will be sonys next t3 I think
Sony released kernel sources for m5?
M5 was re called in the UK replaced with the Z5

suggest best rom for htc 820 dual sim

Dear all,
I need you to recommend me the most stable android ROM for my htc desire 820 dual sim. A ROM that should have better/best battery life than the original/official android and all stable functionality. please do help me asap!!!! Waiting for reply positively.
anybody out there please help me out.....
can anyone suggest me a stable firmware that should have better battery perfpormance....please?????
This is outrageous!!!!!!! Nobody is ready to respond!!!! I think xda form is dead already.
"leaned lollipop" for desire 820s dual sim is good if you want android 5 features but battery performance is really weak and also app installations are noticeably slow as compare to the the stock kitkat rest everything works fine with the rom, it's totally stable and have more space. Also if you dont have a android 5 requirement then I suggest don't upgrade, dual sim asia variant works much better and smooth while running kitkat. IMO stick to kitkat or other option is learning how to port roms, but that's a long way for compiling an OS for just one device that you might change soon.

Forget about Custom ROMs! Being an Exynos device, the chipset is entirely closed-source. Hence it's quite difficult for the developers to create custom ROMs. The only exception being some high-end Samsung Galaxy flagships that have a ROM or two.
Always remember, if you're interested in Custom ROMs and related developments, buy devices in this order: Snapdragon > MediaTek > Exynos

That's not true. I had a Samsung J7 Prime and have a lot of working roms. And i suposed that are many exynos devices which have custom roms. So, is posible. But is work for developers, if they want.
