[Q] GT-I8150 startup loop

Dear all,
I kindly ask you to support with the recovery of my GT-I8150 !
I was using the CyanogenMod 9 since weeks and try to back to my carrier official ROM.
The wonder won't starup after this, it's show the samsung logo then the annimation and the samsung logo ...annimation...
Any idea freinds?

hi, i do have the same problems, but what i did is different with yours, here what i did
- flash cwm
- boot into recovery mode
- wipe cache and dalvik
- and voila!!!

[ROM] [JB 4.1.2] EXR.Cheney.Acro S.Lulu ROM by eclip

I found a nice ROM (v4.1.2) on my local forum and I would like to share it.
ROM(without kernel)
recommended kernel
The ROM is based on this one
Unlocked bootloader required for the ROM.

This rom is something, along with the recommended kernel... I'm impressed!!!
Though there some settings/languages I don't understand, the rom as a whole is awesome and smooth...
The devs should come here at XDA...
I'm glad I tried this rom...

is this rom have english or arabic language ?? any bugs other ??
can we use this kernel with stock rom ?

AFAIK it is originally a Chinese ROM which was somehow adapted for our device by one Russian guy. His nickname is
eclip). So I guess a part of settings/languages you don't understand simply might be in Russian or Chinese language.
I dont know about whether the kernel is compatible with the stock rom or not but it definitely has cwm recovery.
So you can always flash another kernel from recovery mode (press vol+ after reboot) if something goes wrong with it.
There is a new version of the ROM and I am waiting for permission from the author to share a link here.

It should be compatible...
Haven't found any bugs, this is just my second day running it...

Kernel also has miui recovery, don't know what it's based...
The Chinese site/forum has lots of roms for our Acro S, they're more active...
(Rom is fully functional, I could care less about the characters I don't understand. Gonna stay with it for awhile...

Hello everyone, i'm eclip from 4pda (can't create my own name couse it's already in use by some one,had to use my old. here is the fix for of settings.apk that convert chineese sybmols into normal english. download
By the way dkd i'm not from russia, i'm from ukraine

in the link i post there is only a changes in settings.apk you need to put it into system/app with rwrr . There is no update of this rom in our forum, only new adapted rom from chineese devs.

Sorry mate. Its hard to distinguish when we speak the same language. I thought a "EXR.Wisteria" was an update.

I downloaded it from 4pda but i was confused by the file name so haven't tried to install it yet...

I presume definitely yes though I haven't tried it personally. If it had been wrong someone would have already reported about that on 4pda.ru

Yes this ROM was adapted for Acro S all works fine you can easily flash it wia cwm on your AS device )

Has anyone tried the EXR.Fx5280 for Acro S? I've seen it on a chinese site but unable to try it.

I don't use HDMI, but I presume it would work 'cause this is stock based.

@radiocity966 & @dkd On this other forum they have much more Stuff than XDA(sometimes)... you can localize the roms and kernels and talk with dev's to post here too or if you can repost here with they credits... because on this forum i found lot more tutorials than here to dev. but all stay in Chinese =X and i don't know if the china gov. allow the chineses have acess to xda forum...
on Russia/Ukraine/Turkish/Polish forums have a lot more info too...a while ago i dev scripts to Sony Ericsson C905 and others SE phones (maybe i have a user on 4pda.ru but i don't remenber) and I'm a Brazilian and almost i know i learn on russia forums(translating to english)..
these Chineses/Russians Rom's/Kernels have a lot more Custom Drivers Working on kernel... and it's Awesome sometimes

Agreed, they're more active in developing for Sony Legacy devices, i browse there sometimes, though it's a little bit hard 'cause translations are not perfect... And I couldn't ask a question or even join their forum since I can't write using their native language... It would e good to have them here... =)

Hey guys, there are too many ROMS for grand. Currently i'm on stock 4.2 JB.. I want to flash a stock android based ROM on my I9082. But i want it to be dual sim compatible and bug free.. is there any?? plz help !!!

U are not allowed to ask such Q is against XDA Rules, every rom has its Features & Limitation, you should try it by your self only.
just go through the forums & check which one is perfect for you.

Its against XDA Rules, Just search the forum and you will get your Rom its simple.

Calm down, he just wants an opinion.
Well, there are a few stock based roms, but the best of them all is GenNxt rom by balliboxer imho. It is fast, but there may be minor bugs( i had none when i first installed it).

This is one of the best Lollipop rom and the developer is updating it quickly too..

There are lot of ROMs available for i9082 such as CM, Liquid smooth, paranoid android, AICP. All you have to do is decide for yourself which is one is best as every ROM has its PROs n CONs. Just go through all the forums and see which one do u want. Bugs? --> There is always some development going on with ROM until unless Dev has stopped giving updates for the ROM so bugs should not be an issue if you asking for help here on XDA.

f400 series aosp rom???

Hello! Ive recently bought an f400l...and so far so good. Ive rooted and flash twrp recovery on it then install custom rom. However as we all know stock android are the best...thats why im looking for alternative. Ive been searching through xda and google with no luck for a f400ll aosp rom...so im wondering if other people on the forum has better luck than me and found it mind sharing ur rom???

after countless hour digging on numerous forum i finally found this cm 11 rom from this chinese forum. i can confirm that it's working on f400l, but stable or not we have to wait and see. http://bbs.gfan.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=7745406 i actually have to use google translate in most case but well there it is. just thought i share this rom to any one who's desperate for an aosp rom like me. i have no idea whether the owner of this rom will let me share this rom, but i thought they wouldnt mind and i dont speak chinese..

Reversing The Effects of UL-TUHL#14.1 #2.zip

Hello guys, please help me! I recently tried to flash a M8 ROM,due to lack amount of Desire Eye ROMs, to my Desire Eye and I used UL-TUHL#14.1 #2.zip and it didn't work. So I tried to flash the original software of it's and I couldn't do that,too. It's says this device m8 and the ROM you are trying to flash is for Desire Eye. What should i do? Please help me...

Download the pinned patch.
Ask for latest twrp in the group someone will give u the link.
Flash the latest twrp and then any M8 ROM and then patch and then gapps.
