So I have a stock edge and have not been able to download any themes. When I click download, it doesn't do anything. I looked into my account settings for Samsung and I have sync error all the way down. I've tried signing out and back in. I've also turned sync off and back on multiple times. Has anyone out there had any issues similar to this? Any help would be much appreciated.

I am having the same problem... Not synching anymore... Did you find any solution?

I have searched in the Rhodium section for this problem, but didn't really find any solutions to my problem.
When I choose a person, edit contact information, and scroll down to the end to link facebook profile, it worked in the past.
However, yesterday, when I tried it, it gave me an error message with manila.exe. Now, everytime I click on the link Facebook, it will just show me the contacts.
Any solution to this?

I was having the same problem I did a hard reset and it fixed the problem.
Same problem here. It crashes when I try to link to a Facebook account, but also immediately crashes when I visit the "all people / updates and events" tab. Hoping there's a way to fix this without a hard reset
I contacted HTC and they said that a hard reset was the solution...oh well. At least we have a solution! Right?
How is that a solution? Won't the issue just come back again? I only managed to link about 6 contacts before it broke, it may be 4 or 3 next time? :-S
so I have deleted my email accounts, both of them but manilla still shows one of them. When I click on it from the manilla tab, it does not do anything. I can flip thru them as if they are still there but I can not open the email like normal. Windows knows that it has been deleted but manilla still thinks it is there.
Anyone know of a way I can delete it?

If you're not going to have email accounts on your device, then why not just remove the Mail tab altogether?

I want email, I have two email accounts, but with this phantom, which happens to be a copy of my work email, it shows three.
When Make the new account called "work" it it says that I already have an account named work and I have to name it something else.
When I look at the accounts in windows mobile, there only shows two. Manilla is convinced that there are three.
I have tried to search the registry to delete all things named my work email once I deleted both my accounts but it is still there.
Anyone have any ideas?

does disabling sense allow you to create the work e-mail?
double check all registry entries, it most likely won't be labeled work either.

I've encountered this in the past but can't remember how exactly I got rid of it. I remember I used a program such as memmaid, sktools or pocket mechanic to delete the phantom account and then just readded it. I've been checking my phone to find out how I did it but as of yet i've not found it. Will post back as soon as I do though.
Sorry I cant be much more help at the mo, but just know this issue can be fixed without a hard reset.

I used the mailAccountRepair file from this thread to do the repair, then I was able to see it in the winmo email and delete it.

Already tried it about 5 times with no luck. I read elsewhere that it's a FB server issue.
Mine worked before I rooted, installed CM6 and then reverted back to stock 1.47 rooted image.
good to know. i spent HOURS trying to figure it out. now i have to reroot my phone becaue i unrooted trying to fix this ****.
I've been having issues with it all day and I'm on an unrooted rom. I deleted my facebook several times and even data wiped my phone trying to get it to work, all with no avail.
I have been going crazy about this also, trying numerous methods I found on Google. None of which worked. The weird part is it pulls my profile info from facebook, but nothing else, is that the same issue you all are having also?
It's definitely an issue on FB side (FB servers). Guys on Crackberry.com are having the same issues. It's not android specific.

yup same here. my profile is there fully.

I cleaned up my contact list, which seems to be the issue i read on another website, and flashed Skyraider rom to my phone. noticed i wasn't getting msg, so i went back to stock, same issue.
I can get msg both ways from my pc, or other programs, which makes it that much more weird.
Just wondering if any of your guys had this issue, and if so, how did you resolve?

Have you cleared the data and cache in the application settings? I've seen odd issues happen with Gmail that are fixed by doing that after installing different ROMs.

I have done a full wipe between roms, I have since loaded 3 different roms, same results. Can send fine, just cant recieve

So i am trying to set up ChatON on the note II & it just refuses to work. I get past the verification code and ChatON asks me to enter my name. Once i do that, i get an endless waiting.
I deleted cache for the app, disabled the app, uninstalled the update and tried. Then i updated via the play store and tried again.
Same results every time.
anyone have this issue or a fix for this?

Keep trying to log in. It tends to be finicky. It's not just you. It will eventually work. Though none of my friends find it useful so we just dumped it.

thanks. i'll keep trying.
the problem is that it only lets you receive a limited number of authenticate text messages per day. i have to wait till tomorrow to try again now lol
