Hi guys. So I recently decided to root my HTC One M8 (T-Mobile) using the All-In-One Toolkit Method and everything seemed fine until I opened up the SuperSU app and a message came up that read "There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem! If you just upgraded to Android 5.0, you need to manually re-root - consult the relevant forms for your device!" I've been searching all around for answers and tried a lot but none seem to work or I'm not doing it correctly. Please help... Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, new to rooting and having a little bit of an issue. I recently rooted my phone successfully by using Kingo to root, CWM to backup, and installed CyanogenMod using their installer which worked like a charm. Then I attempted to root my wife's AT&T Galaxy SIII JUST using CM. Installed just fine, but didn't root her phone. I get the message "No SU binary installed" when I attempt to open SuperSU and have found that her phone is indeed not rooted. Why?
Well I did some research and found that some people had this same problem and just went to Dev options and activated root access from there, only problem is, I don't have that "root access" option in the Developer settings. (I have opened Dev options and looked through them 1000 times looking for anything related to root access. No luck.) So at this point I attempt to root the phone using Kingo as I did with my phone. This results in a perpetual "Downloading... Do not turn off target !!" message on the phone and Kingo "waiting for device..." on the Kingo app on the computer.
I've also been told that Super user access could be denied by KNOX but I have had no luck in removing KNOX by using all methods found online.
So... my question is, how do I successfully root her phone from here. I have looked everywhere on the internet for a solution to this problem, but can't seem to find an answer. For those of you who may be able to help:
Samsung ATT Galaxy S3
Ver. 4.4.2
CyanogenMod 11.0 d2att
Thanks for the support and I hope I can get this resolved soon.
EDIT: I resolved this issue by using the towelroot method
Hello, my problem is that I can't seem to get a working root on my G3. I tried purpledrake, everything went flawlessly but when I tried to install SuperSU it just told me that I had no binaries, and SuperSU couldn't install them. Tried Superuser, and checked with Root Checker if I had root, and it told me I didn't. So I'm thinking that I'm unable to root becuase of my firmware version. I'm currently on v10G (international version.) So If anyone of you kind people could help me out, I'd appreciate it a lot!
Hi! I've got a Galaxy S4 Mini from US Cellular. The model number is SCH-R890. I had rooted my phone, but my phone had accumulated junk over the year or so I had it, so I booted into (stock) recovery and restored the firmware.
I now have the official/stock firmware on my phone, but I'm unable to root it.
I tried towelroot (kernel version is 3.4 from May 20, 2014,) which is what I originally used to root my phone, but after I installed SuperSU from the Play store, it says it can't find the su binary.
I tried Framaroot, and both exploits failed.
I tried CF Auto Root, and I followed the instructions, but my phone got stuck in a bootloop. I ended up having to boot in to recovery, clearing the cache partition, and rebooting. This got me out of the boot loop, but as a result, I also do not have root.
I think I've provided all relevant information except for the build number, which is KOT49H.R890TYUBNE4. There are no available OTA updates. If there's any other information needed, feel free to ask, and I'll try to provide it.
As I had root on my phone before restoring it, it would be nice to get it back, but if I can't, I guess that's okay too. Any ideas?
I apologize in advance for any engrish/grammatical issues I may have made in this post, I'm a bit tired.

I've tried to root my LG G3 Beat D724 but when I finished rooting using PurpleDrake-Lite than checked on SuperSU, it told "There is no SU binary installed, and superSU cannot install it. This is problem! if you just upgraded to Android 4.3, you need to manually re-root - consult the relevant forums for your device!". How can I solve this? Thanks
