Hey, I was wondering - is there any way to keep the weather widget in the lock screen permanently?
I know it appears every morning and disappears after that to save RAM, but it would just be a little more handy that way..

recently i became bored with sense on my htc one x and i was wondering : is there a port for touchwiz 5 for the htc one x (international model jellybean 4.1.1 ViperX 3.3.3)

Download the file "Touchwiz jelly bean addon 1.3.3" highlighted in blue if you scroll down a bit. It is for the Galaxy nexus but tried and tested by myself and some htc one x users that it is fully functional.
it is a flashable zip which tends to overlay Sense but not totally, so it would be a combo between the two UI so it looks really cool

so you mean to say the weather/clock widget of touchwiz only? if so, just download accuweather.
but if you mean to say the weather/clock widget of Sense, just download fancy widgets from play store.:good:

The original weather setup is still present. Go to personalize/ homescreen setup then choose traditional
There is only traditional look!
And a single traditional weather clock
But
no fullscreen weather animation
No weather widget like sense 4+
Need the fullscreen weather animation
And fullscreen weather widget like sense 4+ !!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I just checked weather animations are not present. Even with the weather clock.

Then don't flash Sense 5 Rom if you want that widget , there's no need to get upset here man!! :cyclops:
I think Beautiful Widgets has unlock animation option , see market.
The only thing I miss from Sense 4 is weather widget and lock screen animation. The best weather animation I’ve seen on any phone so far, a real shame to see it go .

htc service pack update from playstore
Weather widget you can install with kitkat
For other you need lollipop
But i use lollipop now, how about setting ? Its that work ?

I'm on ARHD 91.1 Lollipop 5.0.2, Sense 6.
Updated home, lockscreen, clock, service pack apps through play store and replaced weather clock widget with Sense 7 one in system/priv-app.
When I apply a theme it only changes the app drawer and wallpaper. No color changes for dialer, messages, and other apps.
You have the same ?
Edit: For that to work. Those apps should also be sense7 ones. i.e. dialer, keyboard, music, gallery etc etc.

Yes these apps dialer, keyboard, music, gallery should be updated their version to 7.xx and this 7.xx version only working with lollipop not kitkat
Tested the car app and it's working just fine... Though the only change in that seems to be weather icon .

i updated all i have to ! Im on STOCK HTC Android 5.02 rooted.
I installed following apks:
Gallery
Phone
weatherclock
Music.apk wasnt possible to install. A problem about version conflict. Dont know why !
But here is my question i installed the phone.apk i thought this changes my dialer but nothing. Is the phone.apk not for the dialer ? For what is the phone.apk and how can i change the dialer ? Did i forgot an apk ?

I just had to update the people.apk ! Is the phone.apk also needed to get the new dialer ? Do you know what this apk is for ?
Could you told me where to find the people.apk...can't find it in system/app nor priv-app.

You'll have to wait for HTC to deliver Sense 7 to HTC One M7 (which is unlikely going to happen) or use one of the ROMs ported from M9, to be able to do that.
