Hi,
I want to unlock HTC Desire with HTC Sim unlock utility which I found here on xda, but I have a problem.
I think that I don't have correct drivers for hboot on my PC so I searched a internet and found some solution. Problem is that when I boot phone with vol down + power combination I can't enter hboot menu, there is only 4 options and neither of them are hboot.
Which steps should I take?
Thank you.

Click to collapse
When you vol down + power you are in bootloader menu
This should already be the correct menu to install the modified hboot drivers.
Try plugging in your device when on this screen, you should see it change to 'HBOOT USB' or similar on the phone screen. Then install the modified drivers.
I need to enter in diag mode to use CDMATools. I didn't find any metod for this phone. Can you help me?
When your phone is power on it is already in diag mode I think, but I am not expert

No i did not try to root it.
It turned itself off and i could not turn it back on.
When i try to connect to it to a pc, it is not recognized.
You'll either need to send your device to HTC or to buy a new phone. It's the dead nand issue that you're facing (c.f. the FAQ of the ReadMe thread.)
