[Q] My Desire Z wont turn on with the sim in? HELP

My htc doesnt turn on with the sim in
it turns on without the sim in but doesnt get past the htc screen not even a message saying "no sim inserted"
i am currently running strawmetal miui rom v1.9
please help!!!!!!!

sounds like a hardware fault, have you tried wiping and/or install a different rom?

i cant even get the phone lead to work to install a new rom, recovery also dont work, i cant even get it to boot into the htc screen with the sim in but without i can get it to show the white htc screen but nothing else and when i try to boot into recover without the sim in it just turns its self off... taking the phone to the vodafone store today though so hopefully they can fix it...

[Q] HTC ws screen freeze

Hi every one
yesterday my friend was using my htc ws, suddenly some update pop up and he execute it update downloaded then installed during the installation he turn off the mobile by get battery out.
after that i have hard reset it and factory rest. but screen is freeze with all touch buttons but power and volume button is working. it is receiving the call throw hands free.
i heard here that flash can solve my problem.
please friends help me to fix my mobile. because there is no customar care center of htc in my country.
i am not so much familer of flashing so please guide me in easy way. i will be very thankful to this forum.

i bought htc 616 7 months ago....now the phone is not starting..only htc logo comes and remians forever...i cant go to htc customer care as i have lost the bill ...i showed it to experts in delhi but they told me to go to company...what to do?please reply

Try booting in Recovery Mode and Wide Data/Cache/Dalvik and then reboot. It should work then.

cant get to recovery either. updated a system updated.and suddenly its just bricked

Hi, I am facing same problem. I consulted with some expert guys. They instructed to wipe cache memory, delete all user data in Recovery boot. But still not worked.. What should i do now??

[Q] htc 816 touch screen is going crazy plzzz help .

The title says it all ... The touch screen goes crazy even when i'm unlocking the screen it does weird stuff and when i'm watching a video it does random things or press in random places and most importantly typing stuff is impossible. My htc is rooted and i tried flashing the m12 custom rom but same problem. I read many other 816 threads with same problem But no solution . Plzzz help me i'm desperate.

Urgent : No signal for dual sim in desire 816 , please help ?

Hi everybody . I have desire 816 with official rom and kernel and everything is official with android 4.4.2. most of the time my phone does not recognize the sim card that is in it and it says that there is no sim card But some times it recognize it but there is no signal and rarely it gets signal with full range . i check the 2g mode or everything that you think but nothing changed . i have check other sim card too , but the problem is from the phone . what should i do to fix the problem ? :crying:

and i wanna say just to know that i have problem that after i download the software update from the phone and after clicking the install button it just take the phone in to Hboot to install it but nothing happened and after some minutes i should restart the phone . I dont know that it is related to my first and primary problem or not . i just say it to you maybe its a clue for you .
