Did you notice the thumbnails of the images are green but image is fine. how to fix this?

EDIT: The screenshot shows grey text. It's the text showing what the last text message is. It's blue, for most part. I guess my screenshot is low quality.
Hi All, wont to know how to apply the status_bar_close_on?
Every time I edit the PNG file with my own, It never shows up and all I get is no bar at bottom of pull down.
I edit to the same size as original and in draw9 editor.
I also have changed the music player ALBUMS navigation background to black and I wont to change the text under the ALBUMS to white.

-MUSIC PLAYER. -text under the album covers. (ref. to picture)
-INSTANT MESSAGE POPUP. -message text (ref. to picture)
-STATUS BAR CLOSE ON. - NEED GUIDE ON HOW TO EDIT.(TRIED EVERYTHING)
-MESSAGE BUBBLE. - text on top of bubble (ref. to picture)
-DROP DOWN MENU. -the drop down menu in downloads (ref. to picture)
-SETTINGS MENU. -there is no text on top of list (ref. to picture)
If you know please post the xml thanks.
I'm not running MIUI, but maybe it would be handy to take a look at another theme to see how it should be?
I'm having the same exact issue...I have a theme that I love, but want some changes made..So I modified all the png's within the .mtz file, and reapply the theme but no changes take effect..I dont understand at all. I think the pictures are cached out somewhere...
Did anyone else notice when you download an image (say a 1080p wallpaper) and try to set it as your lockscreen image it appears fuzzy and not as sharp as the actual picture/wallpaper? It works fine as a homescreen wallpaper, but shows up fuzzy/low quality as a lockscreen image. How can I get around this?
Does anyone know how I can manually change the colors.

Hi everyone.
I managed somehow to see very, very transparent masking region on notification line. Straight rectangle just under the camera cutout. It is visible everywhere in UI but it is hardly noticeable. Even in full screen YouTube videos.
Can someone confirm is this some kind of UI masking region? I hope it is not screen burn-in problem.?
I managed to take a picture of screen in dark room with dark green wallpaper in full screen mode and brightness all the way to maximum, and it is clearly visible.
(Photo is edited so notification region can be seen.)

Yes, it is like a mask were the status bar is, it looks bad, when in the apps, it looks darker
I really don't know what I did, but fiddling with ui tuner, nova settings and I cant recall what else, the dark mask in the upper part is gone!
