Hi guys, Im pretty new to all this rooting and flashing and so forth, but I thought I would root my Galaxy Tab S 10.5 T805, the aim was to expand my memory, I downloaded link2sd card and moved some apps. When I rooted I had a mess around with other apps like lucky patcher. Soon after I am getting numerous error messages. the main ones are Google play store wont open "unfortunately google play has stopped" and when I try to download anything I get error "No SD Card". It is as though I cant write to internal storage. When I access the storage menu on settings it tells me SD CARD Total space 0.00b.
Oh when I connect to PC I have 2 folders Card and Tablet the Tablet folder is 127MB and empty and the Card folder is -1376256bytes
I would massively appreciate any help that could fix my tablet.
Regards
Steve

Edit: My sd card is working again! I would advise anyone not to use the App Mybackup or Mybackup Pro because this is what caused my problems!
I recently rooted my Evo with
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=838448
Anyway i backed up my apps and i started to attempt to restore them. While doing this all of a sudden my evo started saying that it had critical memory left and i had to power it down. So i restarted my Evo and noticed that all the apps installed on my phone but not SD card. So i proceded to remove them all because whenever i tried to move the apps to the SD with Apps2Sd or the phone application function itself i kept on getting "Unable to move application" or something along those lines.
Anyway im wonder is there anyway that i can fix this problem to enable me to store apps on my sd? I can connect the sd card to the computer and manage the files.
Also i have tried to format the sd card but i still have the same problem.
I am about to try a nandroid restore and see if that will help anything.
I also cannot install apps of the market because they fail when the try to install to my Sd. So any installation to my phone i need to unmount the sd card.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Hi I have a problem with my Samsung Galaxy s i9000 that I installed Nova.apk but when I start the game a message appears which say "An SD Card with at least 71MB free is required in order to download the new content".
Same with Asphalt five. On the other hand I have sufficient memory on my SD Card as well as on Phone, Please help me what is the solution?
check your internal SD card space in settings! if not try redownloading the APK from other source
I am rooted, running Negalite WondeROM v2. Stock kernel. Half the time, when I boot, the contents of my SD card dont show up. I get the gray squares, and when i try to open apps that are on my card, it says that they are not installed, or that I need to download the additional data(which I have already downloaded). Hot boot fixes it. And it doesn't happen all the time. Today, I was trying to update a game I purchased from the Play store, and I keep getting a message saying that I have insufficient external storage space. I have over 9Gb left on a 16Gb card. I used the Android applucation manager to move my apps to external SD, and not an app or anything. I have unmounted, removed, re-inserted and re-mounted my SD card, and the problem is unchanged. My internal storage is close to full, if that makes any difference. I have downloaded an SD fixer app, but when I opened it, it said that my SD was already writeable. Any input or advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
Edit: making 5Gb space on INTERNAL storage seems to have solved the problem. Sorry for wasting everyone's time. Mods please close thread, OP a jackass.
Edit 2: nope, problem persists. Anyone have any sugestions?
Hi. Im using xperia S and i wanted to download Hearthstone from the market. I succeed to download it but when i open the game it needs to download more files but i dont have free space on the phone. the error was saying that i need to clear something for free space or check sd card write permissions. I then tried to move the game to sd card which i did but the error is still there. Isnt it supposed to download the extra files in the sd card where i have the game there as well? What can i do to fix this please? The phone is like 1GB but SD 32GB. my phone is xperia S and rooted but 4.1.2.
Hi Kibs2173
So I see you have an SD card issue well that's a problem for everyone you see the SD cards won't last for ever so its literally useless.
I suggest that try to use SdFormatter.
Or just throw it out and buy a new one on eBay.

Update: i found whats the problem. When the extra files are getting downloaded they go to "Data on mobile". How can i make them download to "Data on internal storage" ?
I've been exploiting my mobile at it max since I got the Marshmallow update. Adopted a UHS-1 Samsung EVO 32GB card and used it to its limits.
It has been working fine until today, I woke up to a app screen where all my SD card apps were disconnected and said "App not installed", immediately I went to Storage settings and there I saw that around 100mb was left in my SD card and the bar was red. When I opened it, all the subheading, that is, music, images, videos, all of them show 0.00bytes whereas downloads folder could be accessed.
Tried deleting some files from SD card, managed to get some space from that downloads folder but it didnt work, now the strangest thing started to happen. I tried uninstalling the apps that were on SD card which showed "app not found" and I managed to uninstall them and this also freed up space on my card. Restarted my phone, still no luck.
Next up, I tried migrating data onto my ORIGINAL internal storage (8gb), and it did transfer some data, after maxing out, it said "data left at original location".
All in all, my problem is, that I'm not able to properly mount my SD card, the data is there, but no app is able to access any of it except the internal functions of HTC, like 'migrate' and all.
Need help, please let me know what should I do.
Another question is, if I root my mobile without the SD card and then re-insert the 'adopted sd card' after the root, will it read it? If that would be the case, I'd root my mobile any second. Thank you, eagerly waiting for your replies.
