1º- I do not have that problem. - Change the CFQ planner for better visualization of multimedia files.
2º- ???
3º- in the first post, is discussed as is resolved, do not be lazy.
4. install any camera store I use the play (open camera) and I have no problem.
I have 41 applications installed and always have minimum 350 and maximum free ram 480.
check your installation and put catches and logcat for the dev can help, thank you very much friend

Can you plz install GPS essentials or any other compass APP and conform me...

issues are
1. compass not turning, it sticks to one direction
2. camera issue : I already reported that I cant take panorama mode, camera refuse to take pics. ( Google camera )
for RAM.... facebook and messenger always eating more RAM, thats OK around 300 mb, but working @ good Speed

Very Slim - <100 100 MB, you could infact use a 10/100/5 or 5/100/5 partition layout
I will now explain the philosophy of the rom.
Its about keeping Android just... Android and nothing else. Let the user choose how to use the phone, Android is all about customising and choosing how we want to use the phone, so removing every single app that can be replaced or installed from market is just the first step.
Under the hood, this rom has all the goodies you come to expect from modern HD2 Roms, It has the tweaks but it is kept conservative, STABILITY is the primary focus, this rom is still franticly fast but any tweak or any setting that subtracts from stability is out the window.
Before posting this rom i have used the 2.6.35 kernel for two weeks using AOSP android and i can say without a doubt it is stabil, the only thing is its not 100% finished thus the camera and bluetooth issues, but at least the camera can be replaced.
Issues
Kernel Has Camera Issues, so stock camera app is no good, please install the free app called "Camera Fun" and you can take pictures again. The App has different modes, select Normal for Normal pics.
Bluetooth may or may not work for your device.
Install Instructions
First of all, use the attached 4EXT recovery and make sure your sd-ext is using EXT4, it helps with data loss prevention and speed.
Next, after booting up the first time the market is not visible in the app list until you add a google account.
First thing you need to install is "SuperUser" true to the philosophy it is not included in the system apps
After its installed root will work perfectly, and update the SU binary when you get a chance.
Please update the adfree hosts with adfree app or after the rom has been running for a few hours you will get major battery drain, the old adfree host file blocks google analytics, it keeps trying over and over and thus the battery drain.

How is the name of the clock widget in the screenshots ?
There is no camera! You didnt mention that in the first post. I ported that rom for personal use and was able to get the camera but camcorder would force close. Do you have plans to fix the camera?

Oh sorry when my op got half deleted i forgot to put that back.
Its actually the kernel it has camera issue.
Please install the application free called camera fun but there is no camcorder support in kernel yet.
I'm going to make a dorimanx kernel pack for users to help out.
And I'll also attach the camera apk.
Ok, edited the cwm zip so it has the right file-name for modules and removed its libaudio.so since when I have changed it myself the ROM wont boot.
Try it and let me know how it goes.
Another thing, do a backup before you flash the kernel...

Why do you say that?
when i connect to pc and don't touch my phone it freezes and than haptic buttons go blinking. Maybe it is due to low voltage of my usb port???

What are you using instead of gaaps?
Went for a spin last night and was pretty responsive... Couldn't download Gapps last night (dl'ing right now), but I had some APKs backed up so I went ahead and installed them... Impressive work! Will test again soon... Just for the kicks, this rom does allow some tinkering? I have some paid apps I usually replace on CM, such as Launcher (ADW), Keyboard (SlideIT) and File Manager (X-Plore)... Does this rom allow their replacement? The ones I wanna replace are Keyboard (SlideIT) and Phone (ExDialer)...
Great job, rom is fast, smooth, everything works battery discharged 25 percent during night, had couple of wakelocks although I had everything off, so that's maybe something to work with, or what are you doing to get better battery?

Had to flash Gapps (tiny-gapps) for Google account data sync (Contacts, Calendar, etc) to work... Pretty good performance... Not pleased with Nova Launcher... Will today tinker with zip and try to replace with ADW Launcher... While viewing videos on Youtube app, after 10 or 15 minutes, kernel panics... At first boot, after using the ROM for about 20 minutes, it freezes; after second reboot it all works flawlessly... Also, because of my baby girl I have to select pattern lockscreen, but when I want to wake up the device (press the power button), I also have to press the screen for it to turn on (show something, even though backlight turns on fine)...
Great job! Keep it up! Will be keeping a close follow-up to this ROM..

my Xperia S doesn't like JellyBean roms at all, i tried AOKP, Cm10 but it refuses to read my hardware MAC adress for the wifi on both of em. so i guess i will have the same issue with this one.

you have to use the specific kernel included in the zip, about the camera i don't really know, it might work.
i'm trying it, when i pinch the screen it do an animation an show me the screen to add widgets, but the animation is very laggy :/

Go to Settings and try Enabling Force GPU Rendering and Disable HW Overlays, might help.

Nepythys answered your first question, using a 3rd party app does work for 12MP, I'll try to include a higher res camera in a later release.

I've been missing MIUI since my old sturdy arc S,
but sadly I cant find this usable for regular use since it lags so much.
Hopefully it will be sturdy and quicker than this in the near future tho.
It does however work. Everything works. Installed 3rd party camera-app to make the 12MPX work, and now everything is in order. Got no FCs, nothing not working.
But still very sluggish.

I did some further investigation and found a whole row of errors I didn't know of. Thanks for pointing out, I'll try to fix this issue.

Well, ROM seems to work fine but with finnish language there is mix of finnish, english and chinese all over the apps and settings.

The First use is very difficult because there is much chinese text. There are also many chinese apps in system who are not translated...
Maybe it would be very nice if you provide 2 versions... for chineese users and non chinese users...

Everything works expect some message services FCS for me. Im using As a daily driver, can't comment The battery life yet tough, seems good.
I have couple of questions, how can I remove that Green Lil ball from The launcher and how can I customize The launcher? Hide apps and order alphabetically etc.
The benchmark scores were very good for me, over 21k.

Everything seems to work, battery life is ok, not great, but not bad, some FCs here and there, and chinese text, overall a very good rom, however my bench scores on Antutu were of 17k :l I wonder if I'm doing something wrong, my results always vary no matter which rom I use.

me too, USSD code didn't work n whatsapp alaways foce close after send chat,

yeah and overall the system is smoother and the cpu and gpu dont have to work as hard since all the pngs and apks are compressed so displaying an app is much faster

All those bugs listed are CM12 bugs, you can call from anywhere, just if u go to contacts and select contacts then tap the number it will reboot, otherwise its daily driver material I'm using it as my daily driver!

After running Micropop for weeks and being extremely happy about the rom Pizza is providing, I installed OptiCM 12.1 today and configured as suggested together with the kernel and its settings.
At the moment all is running smooth.
Just for the moment: SMS is working fine here and BT with my car audio is working as well.
Will report back soon when I have more experiences running this rom.
Donation completed now as well!!!
I have a lot of Play Store FCs so i disabled that..anyone have the same problem?

I flashed the latest minimal 5.1 gapps, and yes, i tried to wipe cache and dalvik cache.
I searched in the thread that you linked in op to find a solution, and it was only a wipe data of the play store lol

Maybe only the latest version(5.4.10) has this problem. You have a previous version because the status bar isn't transparent

I sideloaded the newest version of the Play Store in another ROM and I had the same problem, so I think it is not because of this ROM.
After 1 day of testing, I have actually the following issues:
When receiving a phone call, I can't here the caller - but they can hear me. I was also unable to pickup a call while I was within the messenger as no popup was coming up.
Many apps a FC'ing e.g. Swiftkey and CallMeter 3G and motgeofencesvc.
For the time being back on Micropop.
Goes well and smoothly however I can't install MotoCamera. I really need this slow motion stuff. Can you please help me ? I try with TitaniumBackup says it was installed but it does not work and does not appear in menu.
