HTC Desire HD Stuck on Boot Screen (with GetVar Info)

Hi Guys,
My phone is stuck on the htc logo and can boot into recovery I used fastboot getvarall to get this, is there any RUU out there

Please, remove the IMEI number from here. It is not necessary. As you are S-OFF and have supercid, any ruu should do the rock. Make sure you don't choose a froyo ruu.
Other choice is to reflash recovery and then a custom ROM.
How did you end up like this by,the way?

It's my brothers phone so I'm not sure how it came to be like this,
I tried the RUU from this site http://shipped-roms.com/index.php?category=android&model=Ace and it was the RUU_Ace_Sense30_S_HTC_WWE_3.12.405.1_Radio_12.65.60.29_26.14.04.28_M_release_225512_signed.exe one which worked at first then when rebooting the phone it could not get into bootloader and was stuck on the htc screen can you suggest a different RUU,

try flashing this ruu http://db.tt/kr44FEVp
You will have to flash it in fastboot. Use the guide in my signature to know how....

I can't flash the rom as I get this message saying writing recovery failed (remote:not allowed) so I can't load the recovery in the 1st place.
Also I have a problem with RUU's as when I start it it reboots the phone and waits for the bootloader at this point the phone is stuck on the htc logo screen and eventually the RUU says there is a USB connection error, though there is not.
Any ideas?

You have to be in fastboot. That sounds like hboot usb

No, soory, :cyclops: as i mention above, i need to install stock rom. info in the first post.

So Do you have the HTC RUU exe ?
Turn it on --> click next --> go to temp folder (my computer documents and settings local settings temp ) and copy rom.zip --> add it on the sd card and install rom by the recovery ( If you have cwm recovery) wipe everything and reboot and you have pure stock

HTC Android update failed: phone not working anymore

Hello guys,
I've tried to follow the TeamAndroid guide to update the android version on my phone to Jelly Bean (teamandroid.com/2013/04/11/update-htc-desire-hd-android-422-jellytime-jelly-bean-rom-guide/2/).
Everything seemed to work fine, unfortunately when I selected "Reboot system now" my phone stuck on the blank (and black screen).
I am not an expert so please tell me what you need (if possible also how I can get it) and I will write it to you.
At the moment I can restart the phone in fastboot mode and I can access to the recovery mode (version v2.5.1.2 Modaco r2).
The first image (IMG4422) shows the homepage of the fastboot mode.
The second (IMG4427) shows what the phone says everytime I reboot it in fastboot mode and everytime I click on Fastboot-Bootloader.
I just want to fix my phone even though I need to reinstall the old Android version. It is an Orange UK branded HTC Desire HD.
Can you please help me?

made a big mistake, please tell me that is beyond repair. I installed a rom "Android_Revolution_HD-One_41.0.zip" and my phone but when opening finished installing reboot. I have no access to recovery. can access fastboot. one can install original firmware?

Try to flash the custom recovery with fastboot and after flash an HOX rom.I think you can install and original firmware.

Then try to find the RUU for your phone and search on google how to flash it.Be carefully with RUU`s.

Ruu's on the hox are harmless, especially for s-on devices. The ruu will never continue when it gets the wrong info back from the phone.
Get the outcome of :
Fastboot getvar version-main
Then compare that number with the ruu's that are available here

Download the matching one and put the phone in the bootloader. Make sure the bootloader is locked or relocked and then run the ruu.exe with admin rights.

Sorry didn't have more time to explain, here is how it goes
You put this file in the same dir as the fastboot files

Then put the phone in the bootloader/fastboot usb mode
Then you execute the batt script with admin rights.
If it starts it should continuously reboot the phone and charge it little by little. Leave it until it reaches around 3800mV and then flash this recovery

And enter it. Hook on the main wallcharger so that the battery gets more juice. After that you install a new HTC One X rom

SOLUTION:
ENTER FASTBOOT MODE (hold vol down and power button and wait for white screen with colored text, then select fastboot with the vol keys and the power button)
ON PC:
run cmd
"cd c:/XXXXX" XXXXX is the location of your fastboot ADB folder
"fastboot erase cache"
.........
........
THEN once back in hboot i could access the CWM Recovery no problems and install my new ROM!!

I lost my custom OS( ROM) was using resurrection remix had ton of issues on my phone , random hangs & bugs etcc
I wiped my system tried to install the stock htc rom , I read somewhere that i have to relock my phone & i did through fastboot with the command
fastboot oem lock & it got locked . now I'm stuck with a locked phone & can't access twrp anymore maybe cuz relocked & without an OS.
I tried to flash twrp again through fastboot but i couldn't got an error prolly cuz the phone is stuck relocked.
Help me please I'm desperate .

The goal of relocking bootloader is to flash the RUU (corresponding to your CID). Did you do that? Did you try it, and run into problems? If so, describe all the specific info (exactly where in the process it failed, error messagese, etc.). Which RUU(s) did you try (exact file name and version number).?
The correct RUU was linked for you in the other thread you started.

You can't flash TWRP with a locked (or relocked) bootloader. That is the whole point (and definition) of a locked bootloader. You can unlock it again by fastboot flashing the original unlock token you used (to originally unlock the bootloader). Or you can get a new token by going through the HTCDev process again.

Thank you for clarifying all of that . I ended up looking in the forum & found this https://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/help/tutorial-how-to-stock-stock-twrp-t3086860.
I ended up installing 6.12.401.4_ckpv5. & everything seemed fine . till lately apps started crashing for no reasons i tried almost everything clearing cache & data , disabling some apps nothing worked . the phone resets aswell randomly .
I wanted to boot to recovery , couldn't . I only can access to bootloader & when i press recovery it doesn't work , it just loop me back to bootloader .
same for factory reset . later on i couldn't even access to my rom the phone just boots to bootloader & stay looped there , nothing works .
No recovery no factory reset. I tried some fastboot commands they all get blocked & give me errors like this :
fastboot erase cache
erasing 'cache'... FAILED (remote: erasing error!)

same for fastboot flash recovery etccc same failed remote error. so I can't install any kind of recovery.

The RUU method & i got almost the same error , ... INFOError: Command never completed .
So even the RUU commands aren't working . Still stuck on bootloader so please help me this is stressful .
