Install LMT launcher where you can set a gesture or a long press or just configure for a screenshot! Try some apps like gesture control!
I use Ultimate Screenshot, it has a bunch of options.

In the AICP ROM, you can add a tile to the Quick Settings. This is an excellent CM-based ROM, so this feature may be available in other CM ROMS as well.
In AICP, it's under Settings/Personalization/Interface/Notification Drawer

Hi everyone. As the title says Is there a screen animation mod when turning off or on the screen? Like power off and on an tv. If ever none, can i request for it? Or add this feature to the ROMs you've (developers) created. Thanks in advance.

There's not only the Control Center but many other iOS style apps by Hi Tools /Hi Dev on the Play Store. Just trying the CC, Hi Launcher and Settings... It's pretty funny, but to be honest: if I'd prefer the iOS look then I'd buy an iPhone and while writing i find the Control Center a bit annoying, as it interferes with the space bar of my keyboard.. But still a good find buddy, thanks for sharing.

You do know that, you can adjust the height n width right? I made it really low n wide so you just swipe from the bottom of your screen leaving you with the space you already had.

People can be haters. However... This is quite an amazing app. Just the fact that you could bring the same stuff #iOS7 is so proud of, is amazing. Great job! You are very talented and some of us do appreciate your work!

Hey all, it's my understanding that Halo and PIE are built to work on AOSP based roms. I would love to go back to the stability and bonus features of sense, but having to have the menu button eyesore at the bottom of most apps is a deal-breaker. Is there any possibility of getting these addons working on a sense based rom? If not, are there any apps with similar features that can be used with sense?
I would also like to add a torch option on the quick settings menu if that could be done. I realize I can download a flashlight app, but I have been spoiled with having quick access to it on iOS 7 and AOSP.
Flash bonestock. It has a torch toggle, and also go to settings, display, and check "longpress home for menu"

Floating Notifications is an app that is as close as you can get to Halo. There is a free trial period for about 30 days.
As far as pie control, I think there is a launcher called LMT Launcher in the play store that has a pie-like fixture.

LMT launcher works, but it's not in the play store. it's on XDA though. just search for it.
pie control (which is in the play store) works as well, just not as neat as LMT.
sometimes, though, with LMT, it takes a few tries to get an app to start. it's annoying. if pie control showed the time and other notifications like LMT does, it'd be so much better.
Both of these look good. Do they allow you to disable the stock menu button?

My bad. It know it was included in a rom I was using at some point (can't remember which one) and it had been floating around in my TiB for a while now. I assumed it was available in play store as well.

Do you mean the three dots button? You can install a custom rom to do that or xposed has several modules that let you do that. Try Sense 5 Toolbox module.

there are no 3 dots on bottom of screen on my ROM.
technically yes, they can be ported, for example IHTFP69 ported HALO to TW on Samsung. No one said it could be done, he is a genius.
Try my ROM out, if you don't like it, try another.

Replying here instead of in your thread in case anyone else is searching for this answer.
I am loving the rom so far, but I have two questions. The menu bar is gone almost everywhere, but it's still present in dolphin browser. Is there any way to fix that? It doesn't show at all on AOSP. LMT launcher is every bit as good as pie and the menu button being there prevents it from working properly.
I also don't seem to have a torch/flashlight widget in the quick settings. There is an app though which I can make work for me if there's no way to get it in quick settings. Just a minor personal preference.
Sent from my HTC6500LVW using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I got the menu bar removed by changing a setting under display and gestures. It has the unfortunate side effect of making a long press on the home key open the menu as well, but it's still better than the always-present menu button.

What launcher do you use? Not everyone give you option of calling an activity, select launcher in your "add shortcut" within this option you will see "activity" you find "audio FX widget" ..
oh man, finally i found it. - wasnt that easy ...i´m using dodol launcher, so first mistake was to search at "add" -> "shortcut" ....there it cant be found....on dodol there is a second option to add "dodol-shortcuts" ....(have to swipe to left ones to see this option coming behind "add shortcut" ....there i have to choose recent apps....(same thing like your "activities" probably) ....probably it helps someone also using dodol and facing the issue to not find the settings
edit: this problematic seems to depend on the used rom in combination with dodol. - on c-rom, i have to act like above told, on another rom, its listened under normal shortcut menue.
