How about trying to repair your phone using SEUS? You might lose data but chances are that they might also solve your problem.
Good luck!
hey thanks, but what is seuss where do i find it and does it work
LOL! Sorry, SEUS stands for Sony Ericsson Update Service. You most likely would have installed this on your computer when you purchased your phone.
lol thanks

[Q] phone wont start even with battery full

hello, please help if you can.
i have a xperia arc s and i did not rooted it or installed any custom rom, i just have the stock rom that came on the phone.
my problem is that a couple days ago i was charging the phone with it turned off, and now everytime i try to turn on the phone, it just wont turn on.
i mean, i connect the phone to the wall charger and it says that the battery is full, but when i press the button to turn it on it just wont.
my solution has been to remove the battery and then reinserting it again, and that way i can turn on the phone, but that way is just to annoying, and i wonder if anyone has had that same kind of problem, and if has been able to find a solution and solve it, or if perhaps there is nothing to do except take it to the tecnichal assistence.
please if you can help me, this situation has been driving me completly crazy.
thank you in advance.
when you do turn on the phone and it works normally, does the phone shut down automatically or do you turn it off yourself?
hello, so far as i can see, the phone doesnt turn off by it self. i am the on o turn it off
Use the sony ericsson update service to repair the phone.

i am affraid you wont understand my previous reply because my english is really bad so i write again,
the phone dont shut down automatically, when it turns off, its me who turn it off.
but now i notice one thing.
now after i remove and reinsert the battery again like i said, i can still turn on the phone, but now it is taking much more time than the other times i did that.
maybe all i can do is taking it to the technical assistence, but i want to be sure that there is nothing i can do, because i have friends who took it to the assistence and came back with the phone even worse than when they took it.
so please if you know something that can help me i really thank you.

touch screen problem

Hi I bought a sony xperia z1 compact about 3 weeks ago, installed apps (whatsapp, facebook, etc... nothing out of the ordinary) and the next day the touchscreen right after i pressed the on button started flickering as if i was touching it and didnt respond to my touch, the problems was easily solver by turning off the screen and turning it on again (not the phone, just the screen) but it repeated several times and just at the beginning with the screensaver. I tried erasing apps but nothing. I changed the phone and got a new one today, this time i only installed whatsapp and outlook and the exact problem appeared!! I uninstalled outlook the problem persisted. I have no idea what to do, i did a system restore and im waiting to see it if fails again.
Any ideas o what it may be or any suggestions???? i dont know i i should ask for a new one (i{m afraid the same thing will happen again) or take it to sony.
Please help!!!!!
Here is a video o the problem:

[Q] Sony Xperia T2 Ultra Dual Charging Problem

i recently got a T2 Ultra Dual and whenever i try to charge (either with Data Cable or wall charger), it start showing the start up guide and screen brightness goes to full and mobile data, bluetooth and NFC starts automatically but one thing that it doesn't do is charging the phone itself. It keeps doing the same in a loop (which is annoying and battery consuming, which you can't charge). Does any one have any solution to this problem???? please help..:crying::crying:

Well i have had a similar issue with my T2 Ultra....Not exactly the same but when i used to plug the USB in...phone wont charge while its turned on......and when i wud switch it off it wud show me discharging status........What i have figured out in my case were 2 things... Most likely it has to be the USB driver cuz it happened to me twice and both the times my laptop was going through an Update.......after finishing the update and restarting the laptop....everything went smooth. Secondly i googled about this issue and i read somewhere that its cause cuz of the USB pin (inside the USB slot in the phone) bends slightly down so cant connect properly...so i moved it to the center with the help of a flat headed screwdriver. I am not sure it would work for you but its worth giving a shot.

Yeah flashing new firmware,if yours is the latest one try to re-instal it...
For now, there is no custom rom for our devices...they are still in developing progress...

Haha.. It was just that demo mode was enabled in the phone. I didn't notice that.. Disabled demo mode and now it's working great...

My xperia T2 ultra has a same problem that you have said above then what you do to ur phone plz reply me

Sony Xperia T3 won't boot, resets all the time and can't boot up.

Hello.
The phone won't boot up anymore. No matter what I try ( the volume up and power button thing were it vibrates ) it just won't boot. It doesn't get past the wave thingy.
Before that apps randomly closed ( stopped working / application stopped ) and it was generally really slow and laggy.
So now i don't know what to do with the phone, it simply won't turn on.
Any ideas on what to do with it?
Hello, i have something like that, only way to fix was flashtool
help
The same thing happens to me, every time a notification comes out that the application stopped ... and there comes a time when it freezes and no longer turns on, I repair it again with Xperia Companion and after a few weeks it fails again , does anyone know why this happens or what problem does it have?
I have not yet flashed with flashtool because I do not know the process and I do not know what room to use, please help.
