Pretty sure this is an issue across all of the Gingerbread leak ROMs. If I missed one that actually does go into deep sleep, please correct me

Reflashed the ROM and it looks like its working again....interesting....

My phone sleeps like a baby for 89% on Bonsai v5.0.
This issue is usually something trying to sync and the modems being lousy on GB so far. Turn all syncs to manual, FB, Gtalk, emails, Twitter, all...and see if that let's it sleep. Also go into running services and see what apps are in memory. Stop ones that are not system and see if that does it.
Mine sleeps good on marcusiants rc10 rom... with ee03 modem, but wouldn't go into deep sleep with ec05 modem.

The DK28 modem is also known for this on GB. Also removing brightness.apk or lcdtest.apk can also cause this. And I have seen it right after instlling GB KB from the market, that right a KB ould keep it from going into deep sleep. Once we can tweak the kernels this will all be a thing of the past even if it isnt fixed in the final release.
Hi guys,
My e975 running cm10.1.2 takes a very long period of time to charge. I use stock wall charger and cable but it still take 5+ hours to fully charged. Any method to fix this, or is this a hardware problem? Thanks for helping.

Software problem, the cpu wasting his charge on something all the time, thats why its charging so long.
Thats why i flashed the choppy 10.2
Choppy 10.2 > fast dead 10.1.3

You might have to turn on "Force fast charge" or something like that using Trickster mod.

Could be because of an app or you might need to reflash it (clean).
Also, make sure your flash isn't turned off :silly:
I am experiencing random reboots evey now and then and every time it stucks on lg logo and make bootloops.
But The strange thing was when I connected it to charger it boots normally without loops.

What ROM/kernel are you running? made any mod/change?
If not, I'd probably look into changing the battery. You can go to your carrier's store and test another one to see if it's actually the issue.
Hi thanks for replying
I was on stock until today morning and it started after getting the lollipop update.
So today I installed resurrection remix ROM hoping that it's a bug on stock lollipop, but it's still the same.
One of my friend who is not so technical also suggested me to change the battery.

with heavy usage I get a around 5hrs. With moderate usage I get 8hrs. Yeah the G3 battery life isn't great but it's still a good phone. What are your stats?

it might give you a few more minutes but not a significant change. It's the big screen and all the pixels that kill the battery. It's just how the phone is.
