Hello everyone, I have an LG G3 D855 that was working just fine with the face unlock feature. Last night the android 5.0 update was pushed to my device. I accepted and waited to see what features were on the way. Afterwards, the face unlock feature was gone. I have looked every where but it's no longer on the device. Any advice?
I live in Costa Rica and I'm on the Claro network. I have both 3G and 4G service, if that helps any.

I hope somebody can help me or can share if he / she is experiencing the same issues.
After searching the web, posting to sony forums, calling support .. w/o any result, maybe someone here has an idea what is going on.
Issue :
At home I have 2 Sonys C2005. One on Official release 4.2.2 and one currently on Cyanogenmod 11 (flashed with the latest firmware available on 7th. September) The first SIM is from Hutchinsons (3 or Drei) in Austria and the Second SIM is from O2 Slovakia. When I switch on the 3G Data trafick on Hutchinsons the phone starts restarting randomly (every 3 to 5 minutes) When I change to GPRS (Edge) , or when I deactivate the Second SIM (O2) then the Phone is working fine. I did NOT had this issues with other Providers. I was before at Vectone Mobile (the second SIM was always O2)
As I wrote before I had tried this 2 SIMs in the second phone with Android 4.2.2 and there is the same issue, the phone starts rebooting. I have called Hutchinson support, they replaced the SIM, checked the SIM profile all is OK. Sony support blames Hutchinsons.. so no FIX on this side either. I hoped custom Android distro could help, but It did not -> CM11 with 4.3 Baseband
I think it is a bug in baseband. (If I understood it correctly CM11 is build on 4.3 Base)

Just bought the phone in austria have a drei and a hungarian sim, same issue with 3g. The phone just works fine when in hungary with 3g enabled on the hungarian sim. Have u maybe any followups on the issue?

U have 4g simcard? I think your operator is digimobil, and u don t have yet 4g simcard.

I could not find the LTE on my phone with this SIM but when I inserted it in a OnePlus One I could browse in 4G. The SIM isn't the issue.
Nobody from all this smart guys that are here could not tell us how to make LG G3 to open band 38 on the LTE so we can get 4G internet on Digi Mobil ???? Right now since the android 6.0 update cant even access the hidden menu using that code.
Also another matter , since the root of Android 6.0 the micro SD card can not be recognized anymore.....don't matter what rooting you try the micro SD wont work no more. Nobody bother to fix this yet. Every one acts smart and writes here but all he does beat around the bush.
Awaiting for real answers.

Hi, I know that it has passed a long time since you've posted but here goes :
After trying to add band 38 to LG G3, i tried to update to Android 6.0, but couldn't because my phone was rooted. So i've flashed my phone to Stock ROM. If i remember correctly, my phone came with 5.0.1. Stock ROM is 4.4.2. After many, many updates i installed Marshmallow. Try to make all possible updates using the phone's software center, after that check with LGPCSuite if there are any other updates (they call it upgrades) and do them. Just like you i can't access the hidden menu anymore, and my micro SD card is recognized. Apparently after upgrading to Android 6.0 fixed it. (It shows 4G instead of H+ or 3G, now i only need to test the speed)

But same time 3g&4g working just for 2 aur 3 mints
After same time 3g&4g signals disappears and show no service I'm also flashing it different androids 6.0/5.0 etc
Maybe solved problem but nothing:.
Where I'm lived 3g&4g available I'm check apn setting but it fine.
My Samsung Galaxy j7 fine working 3g&4g here.
Kindly replay me if solved this problem anyone I'm obediently thanks......
how can you update to Android 6 if you are not in United states ?

I recently got the lg k10 ms428 (Qualcomm 210). I got LTE to work and thought everything was fine. But it turns out that when the phone is on LTE or wifi, all received calls go right to vm, and I can't make calls. To fix this I have to set the phone into gsm mode which kicks the internet to edge.
The phone is not rooted, it is running android 6.0.1, and my provider is Orange Dominicana. Orange runs LTE on band 3.
Any thought on how this can be fixed, or what the issue is?
Hello everyone, my phone is LG G8 Korean SK telecom, i have been using my phone for over one and half years without mobile network problem, except its signal quite weak and the phone restarted frequently. Last week it suddenly lost signal (no signal at all, not rotating icon) though it still prompt me to enter SIM lock password. I had tried different ways like factory reset and even flash kdz to older and current Android version but nothing happened. Can anyone encountered this case help me ?

No fix for you but I also have a lot of calling issues with my Korean G820N (LGU+). Most people calling me get the ringtone and my voicemail but I have NOTHING on the phone..... So, I miss calls and was forced to install a voicemail app to know if people called me or not....
I'm thinkign to flash a US KDZ but if you could give a quick feedback of your problem it could help me.
