You flashed the wrong recovery isn't it? Are you still able to enter download mode?

if you are able to go to download mode (press volume down + home button + power button all at the same time) then you are still ok, don't panic
go to this ---> thread
and flash the latest firmware for your country

If you can get into recovery you can wipe/factory reset and that should get you past boot loop. your other option is to flash stock via Odin.

You can enter download mode and reflash stock image with Odin. If you were running the stock rom you may not lose your data. Let me know if you don't know how to do this and I will direct you. It seems that something has become corrupted, but Odin will fix that

After flashing Odin you should have access to the 3e recovery. Unless something is wrong with your hardware (Volume broken?), I can not see why you would not be able to enter recovery.
You can also try this tool to boot a custom kernel with recovery attached. Here is a forum with a similar problem. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2011636&highlight=i9300
Here is the tool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1746665

You can download an Odin flashable recovery from here. http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/d2att. you will want the .tar file.
Beyond this i'm running out of ideas. Not too sure if this will work if you have gone stock with Odin as it may have taken root from you. Worth a try though.
Maybe an emergency recovery through Kies... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1984717
Beyond that try Odin again and re download the stock Rom from a different source. You may have gotten a bad download. I have read of it happening. Maybe even an older firmware or Canadian one (i'm assuming you're ATT): http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=SGH-I747

[Q] Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos stuck at the first boot screen: What to do?

Please help me I flashed CWM-touch_i9082_chotu.tar.md5 via Odin earlier and then I tried to flash probam_aosb_kk_1.3.7_i9082.zip via CWM but it failed (set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed). When I restart my phone but it boots into the CWM Recovery only so I flashed exitrecovery.zip via CWM, it didn't work so I tried exitloop.zip, it didn't work also. So I downloaded another rom which is CosmicCM-4.4.4-5.6.stable-20141003-030024-k2wl-i9082.zip and flashed it but i got the same error (set_metadata_recursive: some changes failed). I looked for solution on that and turned my phone off. After that I can't go to CWM Recovery anymore, it shows only the first boot screen logo. I can still access the download mode though. :crying: What am i going to do?

Have you fixed this? Tried wiping data in recovery, or else wiping data in the settings for each app that is force closing?

When you get that error you will normally get a notification to update Google services, so make sure you are signed in.
If you don't get the notification try clearing data and cache for Google play services and Google framework.

Do you know how to get into recovery?
Bricked?
I'm having the exact same problem., except in my case I tried to flash an unofficial CM12 rom, and it got put into a bootloop where you CANNOT boot to recovery mode, and Download mode becomes stuck. I have tried reflashign TWRP on odin, to no avail. I have no clue what is wrong or what I can do. I'm afraid I may have bricked my device for good.
If you get the timing right you will be able to get to recovery.
POWER + VOL UP + HOME from an off state or immediately after restart.

Try another USB cable. You'd be suprised at how often this works.
