Troyes, France, nothing...
Nothing in The Netherlands either.
Is there any easy way to push OTA zip without rooting or pogo cabling?. I mean via adb bluetooth, or similar...
nothing here usa
I'm thinking it's nothing to do with country now and possibly serial numbers instead.
nothing also here in Colombia, we're supposed to get it tomorrow 15/12 as someone said it would reach 100% of moto 360 that day. who knows if that's even true
http://phandroid.com/2014/12/14/motorola-moto-360-android-wear-lollipop-lwx48p-december-15/
If it's like their stock we can expect to wait few more weeks.
Begining of september you could read every where moto 360 is out, but no one had it in stock.... Not very serious compagny motorala
still nothing in Moscow....Russia

Hound,
I believe that the rollout of Android Wear is by Google, not Motorola.
It's not like for the smartphone ? Well not very Lucky then...
Still nothing
I STILL have not gotten the lollipop update. This is annoying as fu**. I have tried resetting my watch multiple times and even clean flashed lollipop 5.0.1 from 5.0 to see if that made a difference but still no go. I then reverted back to stock (LG G3 T-mo D851) and reset my watch and wear app and looked for an update but still no luck. I then saw something strange. In the about page on my watch, I clicked on 4.4W.2 under "software version" it opened a page that says:
Android Wear
1.0.1.1526154
Google Play Services
6.1.74 (1511752-534)
On my phone the wear app is on version 1.0.5.1630507 and Google Play Services is version 6.5.99.
This is likely why my watch will not update, it doesnt think that my phone has the latest versions of each which is required to update my watch. I wonder if this is the method that google uses to control the rollout of the newest versions of wear... It would be a quick and dirty way to handle it but is not beyond the realm of possibilities..
Is anyone else having this issue and/or know a work around?
Thanks
there's another thread on this but for those still waiting, there are two builds floating around. some of us have received both builds so that could be the reason for the delay.
Do you need to be on a specific rom or something?
im using moto 360 (i bought in USA) and im using in Mexico and no update i get 5.01 in my gear live tho
I got the upgrade today in SoCal about 1pm.
Got it today in Kabul Afhganistan

Yesterday got new system update now all my browsers are forcing close all the time anyone else had this problem
I'm not having force close issues but I've had to reboot like three or four times for various reasons. Once every time I would open the browser I would only get an all black screen. And earlier my status bar(or whatever you call that black bar that runs across the whole bottom of the screen) got stuck at half size and unusable after an alert tried to come up. There were a few more issues.
Wonder If Acer Removed Update?
Acer often screws up their updates - has anyone in US received update lately?

Just an update on this. This hasn't happened again.
I got the update maybe a few days ago, haven't had any problems with it so far except once when the browser wouldn't open any new tabs, then force closed, but that only happened once, after that it was fine.
no update yet fl

I wish i could remember how i got around that issue. Did you check around?
The way around it is to play the music/movie without the headphones plugged in. Then, plug them in and the sound will stop playing from the speakers and just the headphones. If you plug them in first, they still play through the speakers.

Sounds interesting! Sure hope that I'll get it soon! Does the 3.2.1 update do anything to make the UI more smooth and fluid? After getting an iPad last week, Ive really noticed how choppy the UI in Honeycomb is, and all of the occasional slowdowns a lot more...
I m in canada and hasnt get update yet. Still 3.2 hopefully Acer will put Acer's circle to this update. I m very interesting when using Acer circle in Acer W500 ( touch 5 fingers to screen and it will display ^^)

Acer support told me that Canada should get the update for 3.21 late dec early january. And that update packages are rolled out by region, and schedule is set by Taiwan.
Nor very encouraging as to ICS update then, which they would not comment on

Honestly it makes me so angry. There's so much work that goes into the development of these devices. Can you imagine what it must feel like to pour your heart and soul into engineering & development work, only to have the support folks fail it so hard?
ICS should have been released a week after the sources became available.
The headphone problem should never have made it out of QA. But it also should have been fixed within days of it being reported, and pushed out, worldwide, the moment it passed QA. Instead, this Canadian still has not received it (though I'm applying it manually, right now). It's been months since this problem was reported.
I know no manufacturer is perfect, and there are a lot of products to manage, but this is just irresponsible. Come on, Acer. You're not a charity. We paid good money. Now support your devices.
Just thought I'd pass some information on I had from my O2 Premium support team. Google has advised that a fix was released to 1000 handsets yesterday from 17:00Hrs GMT. They will make sure that no issues arise from the fix and if all is well will start rolling out a full scale update 24Hrs Later, ie this evening from 17:00Hrs.
Anyway looks like it will be sooner rather than later

Very nice if it turns out to be true
That is actually smart move releasing to just 1k handsets to avoid any mass problems.
From what i understood the O2 phones firmware was the same as the sim frees/all the others, meaning o2 wont even be involved in ANY updates , that they'll all just come direct from Google.(that has to be good news)
Nice to know it's on the way though, although i've yet to experience the problem in "real life" and not having to put another phone 2mm away from it.

It does seem like a smart thing to do, although it does beg the question...how does O2 / Google know which handsets have received the update, and also how quickly do they expect people to be able to verify if they're still exhibiting symptoms?

Could handset send feedback back to o2 after it has updated itself so that o2 know what firmware your phone is running? Or if you phoned o2 they will ring you back and ask if you are still expriencing this fault.

Hmmm I personally doubt it, since the firmware is supposed to be un-tied to carrier tinkering.
If the carriers are aware of what firmware any of it's customers handsets are running, that raises another worrying issue. But I really don't think that they are capable of finding this out.
As an aside, I used to work for the UK's largest pub gaming machine company, and we had the largest network of computer-based touchscreen gaming machines (at the time at least) and they all ran a custom java based software running on top of Windows. When we made updates to the games or anything else, we would always roll out the update to 1000 machines as a preliminary measure.
The difference there however is that we knew exactly which machines had the updates, and could keep track of any issues that popped up. I don't see how Google would be able to do this unless these 1000 handsets they're talking about are Google employees (could very well be possible).
Mine (o2 via p4u) updated itself last night to android version 4.0.1
not really had the problem with the volume control, so can't say if it helped. But nothing else seems to have changed

The HSPA+ version of the Galaxy Nexus has always had 4.0.1, so you haven't received any update at all.
I don't think the Android version is changing it's the buildnumber that is changing, mine is currently ITL41D, he advised a new version of that.

It would likely go to Google, not O2, and is IMEI based, so they will know how many and which handsets have received the update. They will log the IMEIs that the update was sent to and if you call your various support options with a complaint one of the questions will certainly be your IMEI number. Then this can be cross-referenced to see if you have received the update or not (and evaluate 1. it's success 2. other problems it generated).
When the phone's IMEI gets released for the OTA, there is a "whisper" service that checks the software/whatever version and if below the impending OTA it will prompt the notification for the update- if the same it will send no notification and the user will have no idea of/no need for the OTA. At least this is generally how the G1 and N1 both worked in the past.

Ice Cream Sandwich does that. Everyone's phone does that, it's already been raised on here in at least two separate threads.
It doesn't mean you have received an Android update, it is regarding Android getting the home screen and apps ready.
an OTA update would require user intervention to be applied - you would have to first of all agree to the phone downloading and applying the update.
Well, if it really is released today at 5pm then we will know in little bit more than an hour,so keep your fingers crossed ;-)

It was due 5pm yesterday too. Fingers firmly uncrossed, only a single digit is required aimed squarely at sam/goog.
I heard that they are updating the baseband, not the software version...
I have not received any update for Android 5.0 yet. I find this pretty odd considering it has been out for a long time. Everything seems to be functionally normally, but I never get any OTA update notification and it says I have the latest updates. Is this something to be concerned about, or am I just extremely unlucky to be one of the last ones to get it? Thanks.

The Nexus 7 is experiencing issues with L. My dad's device also didn't get it yet.
However, nothing stops you from flashing the image yourself from Googl's developer site.
This is the first time I've heard of this. Thanks for giving us all a heads up!
Oh wait, there's only about 10 other threads on the first page about this very issue.
Hi, I purchased this phone about a week ago and have loved it so far. I saw that Android 7 came out a day ago but when I search for updates I get the message that my device is up to date even though it's on 6.0.1. I have not rooted my phone yet (or even unlocked my bootloader), in short I have not messed with my phone yet, it's as it was when it came from the box (except for the OTAs installed).
All I can think the reason for this may be my region since I live in Pakistan. With my previous phone, I used to get the OTAs on time but this is my first nexus phone and I'm a bit disappointed that I'm not getting the update as soon as it is rolled out if that really is the case. Also, does anyone have an idea when I'll get my update?
this is called a staged rollout. it is to ensure the stability of the update servers as well as to grant google a chance to put an update on hold and safe the majority of the trouble, should critical errors come to light during the early phase of a rollout

You will get OTA update in first 2 weeks of the month, I always get about 15th day in the month, so don't worry.
How mate said, you can use android beta program, just you will get final update and after upgrade just leave android beta program

Figured I'd post this since it seems to have changed a few things.
Today I got an update notification and the size seemed a bit large (~900 MB). I kinda was hoping it would be a surprise Pie update, but alas it is not. Still 8.0.0 oreo, but there are a few new things I noticed.
Calling Plus is no more. Appears to be replaced with VoLTE capabilities. Phone tried registering on the network, but I got an error. Regular calling seems to be fine.
Always on Display is different now. Similar functionality, but fewer options.

I know you're probably joking, but PIE is not going to show up as some random update. It's going to Korea carrier variants first. Maybe Q1 2019. Then everyone else. PROBABLY Q2 2019.
We will have plenty of notice about Pie, when it starts happening.

Sometimes updates create issues on a phone running stable and fine with current rom and we wonder why we updated?
I bought this phone a month ago (living in India) and I find that phone is running absolutely fine, with great battery life and no issues whatsoever with August security update.
Now -- may be I will update to new update (whenever released for India phones) only after couple of weeks after going through feedback from users who updated.
I have read that lg v30 is part of google enterprise recommended which need to be regularly updated every 90 days for atleast security patch. I am from india and i got last update at end of august but till i am posting this message i didn't got any update which shows avery pathetic promise breach. Which not good for brand like lg i didn't expect from lg???

Don't be concerned on not receiving update. From what I am reading on some other threads for V30+ -- believe me, you are saved from issues in new updates released in other parts of the world for our phone. Phone is running absolutely fine with last update. We should wait for an update which will not give us any performance issues.
