Internal Storage problem

I have the trouble with internal storage on my Magican. There is a folder, that can't be deleted (it was a file before, but now it's became a folder - it seems like it was a FAT error).
Is there any way to format the internal storage?
Create any file on storage card (or in memory) with name same as folder on storage and copy it to storage. Coping operation will failed but folder on storage will get file attributes again. Now you can delete it.

Possible "File Cache" w/storage card instead of Ram?

I couldn't find any info on this, maybe it would be too slow or unstable. but maybe it would be possible to reserve a 10mb cache from the storage card? Has anyone tried this? It would be like a "Swap Drive" or "Swap disk". I read about a graphic program which uses the storage card as a swap disk for large files. Any thoughts?
Thanks

use "internal storage" instead of "sdcard" when installing CM9?

I found the following guide to installing CM9:
http://www.theandroidsoul.com/cyanogenmod-9-cm9-epic-4g-touch/
In Part 1, step 3 it says:
"Transfer both the downloaded zip files from step 1 and 2 to your internal SD card."
I do not currently have a sdcard on my phone. I was wondering if instead of putting the mentioned files on the sdcard, could I put them in the internal storage?
Thanks.
Ironically I believe by "internal SD card" they are in fact saying internal storage. Regardless, I installed from internal storage and had no problems.

"move to sd" not working with some apps

I've been trying to free up some space on my internal memory by transferring nearly all my apps to my sd card using the "move to sd card' option in 4.3
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to transfer all all apps after giving the command. I check in app manager/sd card and they are all listed as transferred and they even have the "sd card app" size listed ,yet the largest apps are still on the internal storage, as the obb data are still there.
I've tried copying the entire obb folder to my sd card but I have no idea how to link the path so that the apps execute properly. If i try opening an app after deleting the obb file from internal default storage path, it just re-downloads the file from the server.
This is really annoying. I have just about every app "transferred" yet I'm nearly out of storage space. If I check the properties of my obb folder on internal storage its nearly 6 gb!
I have root. Please shoot me some ideas as to how to fix this, as i have been searching high and low the past 2 hours trying to find a work around.
I've also cleared about every cache and unneeded file.
Thanks!

Encrypted SD: GB lost...space confusion

I've setup the µSD to be used as internal memory on my encrypted Moto Z with LineageOS 14.1-20170711-NIGHTLY-griffin.
The point is that now if I go in "Device storage" under settings, I see that the "internal shared memory" is "50.32GB used of 59.48GB"; the "SanDisk SD card" is "8.89GB used of 59.46GB".
First thing is: my phone has only 32GB of internal storage! but it is shown as 59.48GB
But the main problem for me is: how do I use the storage space on the external SD card? There is no "external SD" in any application (file explorer, camera, etc)
Another problem is that if I click on the internal storage, I see that Apps takes 3.59GB, System takes 35.89GB, Cached data take 895MB and if we sum these numbers, the total used space is not even near the 50.32GB that it says it is used.
How can I use my own space???
See the attached screenshots.
Thanks,
Andrea
No one has ever had this problem???
