I am currently rooted running fresh 3.3.0.1 and just out of nowhere my phone rebooted and then my sd card will not mount. I have tried booting into recovery and it can not find the sd card. No matter how many times I reboot my phone or try and mount the card it just keeps telling me that the sd card is safe to remove. Any help? Thanks for any response I can get.
Please help someone. This is not allowing me access to any of my apps that I have placed on the sd card. Therefore I can hardly do anything on the fresh rom cause everything is stored there
my desire stop recognizing sd card wtf

Try a different newly formatted SD Card?
If your partitions are corrupted, you might get that message.
i mounted and formated my sd card via clockworkmod and still nothing i've tryed 2 more sd cards and still my phone dont read them
Well, this is beyond me, so try this link, this person had a similar problem.

Although this is strange you can mount the sd card and format it so the above link may not help.

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me figure out how to fix this issue. I had a 32gb micro sd card in my new Galaxy S3 that I just got a few days ago. I went and rooted the device with the 32gb card.
Today I picked up a 64gb micro sd card and put it in and went into Clockworkmod to do a back up to my sd card and it tells me there is an error and it can find the path to the external sd card. I put all the files in the root of the 64gig card just like I did on the 32gig card.
Is there a way to reset everything to make clock work mod see the new card? Cause it just keeps giving me errors when I try to do anything with the new card in clock work mod.
Thanks in advance if anyone can help
By default 64gb cards are formatted as exfat. CWM does not and probably willneversupport exfat file systems. Your best bet is to get it formatted as fat32.
Sent from my Galaxy Note 10.1
will see if this works. Thank you I really do appreciate it.
Does anyone have any experience with this app? I downloaded it to my SGSIII, but i can't access my ext sd card, only the phone's sd card. Thanks for any help.
