Wakelock on Gpad 7 (v410) - G Pad 8.3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm getting what i believe to be unnecessary wakelocks on my Gtab 7 (v410). I am rooted and running Better Battery Stats and Unbounce (Amplify) within Xposed.
BBS shows:
Code:
Unplugged uptime: 2d 15h 5m (drain of .9% hour)
Deep Sleep: 1d 13h (60%)
Awake: 1d 1h (40%)
Screen On: 3h
For Kernel Wakelock:
Code:
capsensor_wakeup: 16h Cnt (c/wc/ec): 38778/33/38778 (26%)
PowerManagerService.WakeLocks: 3h Cnt(c/wc/ec): 16293/997/0 (6%)
I run with airplane mode on, connected to WiFi the whole time.
Does anyone know what 'capsensor_wakeup' is? I was wondering if it had to do with the double tap to wake? I initially thought that it had to do with the Smart Cover where it unlocks when you open the cover, but i have already disabled that and rebooted a few times. It no longer unlocks when i open my case, but this wakelock still persists.

[Q] Should I be concerned, 1 hr usage but only 15 min. screen on

Looking in spare parts, my usage shows Android System 59%, Screen On 9%. Looking at the other stats I see my phone has been awake for 1 hour, but screen on for 13 minutes (this is after about 12 hours usage).
Looking in partial wake lock usage I see that Android System has wake locked for only about 15 minutes, with a few others like Email at about 3m.
So it seems like I've got some unaccounted for time. How can I track down this wake lock, or is this normal?
I've looked in System Monitor and don't see anything out of the ordinary. i'm on latest PRI,radio, etc. Used Caulkin's format all before switching to MIUI, had this issue on sense as well.

[Q] leedroid wifi sleep policy?

so i have leedroid flashed with uv flash zip. i find my battery was lasting longer on cyanogen mod which doesnt make sense. my phone has been running for 8:06 with 2:27 awake time and my battery is approx 60 percent. my basttery use is as follows
android system 29%
cell standby 22%
wifi 22%
phone idle 16%
display 9%
voice calls 2%
i know wifi is the culprit but i need to know if i can turn the sleep policy to 15 minutes on leedroid or will it cause worse drain like other roms?
thx in adavnce
You can try it but it is recommended to put it to never. Each rom is developed differently and thus, roms are different from each other. You will get advatages and disadvantages, sometimes being the battery. How the hell do you get your display so low? Mines always the most being around 45%. I have no animations, screen on lowest setting, seriously WTF.

CPUspy

Hi
I thought I'd report on my testing with CPUspy. I've had the Nexus for two weeks now, drained the battery completely from a full charge about 4 to 5 times.
CPUspy is stating that the phone is in deep sleep 95% of the time with 350mhz 3% of the time and all other frequencies at 0% for some reason.
I'm running stock with data plan always off, bluetooth always off and WiFi only twice per week for about 30 minutes + the phone never uses 3G, only 2G networks. I've not made too many calls (3 calls) and about 11 texts during the two week period. I've installed two 2D games, battery monitor widget and Facebook app.
Today I installed Juice Defender (free version) but I honestly think that it wont help at all since my settings are already very tight/restricted. I always make sure no apps are running in the background.
With light use (4 text messages, zero phone calls and 18 minutes using WiFi, phone only in 2G mode and playing 20 minutes of games) the battery depletes about 28%.
My results:
Android OS is using between 28% and 68% of the battery
Phone idle is around 38%
Cell Standby is around 14%.
What is the difference between phone idle and cell standby? How does CPUspy tell me that the phone is 95% in deep sleep yet it drains so heavily with light use and without any use at all about 4% per hour? Is CPUspy a good program to use with ICS?
I thought my findings would be of assistance to some of you.

Battery usage on airplane mode

Hi all
I used my Nexus as a alarm clock last night and put the nexus in aeroplane mode overnight. It was on 67% battery at 11pm when I went to sleep, when the alarm work me up at 6.30 the battery was at 55%.
Does this seem a bit it excessive?
Airplane mode doesn't stop apps from draining battery. I run cleanrom with wifi on all the time and get better standby, so i would install something like better battery stats or wakelock detector to see whats causing drain.
I always sleep with airplane mode on. It drains about 2 to 4% (top) on 8 hours. Used Waterlock detector with grenefy (with advanced features) to optimize it a long time ago.
I've had better luck just turning off WiFi itself instead of using airplane mode when putting the tablet to sleep. I know it's counterintuitive, but it seems to drain the battery far less.
Thanks all.... I'm not rooted so can't do the wake lock thing

Deep sleep issue on stock 6.0 (Z008)

Someone help me! I'm facing a deep sleep issue. I have been monitoring for days and this is the result (attachment). I enabled Intel Deep Sleep before. I'm not talking about the SoT because it depends on my daily usage. But my deep sleep seems....bad. The weird thing is: CPU Spy shows deep sleep at 54% (see attachment).
My info: Z008 4.21.40.122, Boretsx kernel, Govenor interactive_pro. Ondemand seems the same.
I disabled all in Autostart manager, except Superuser, Greenify and Amplify.
The battery seems to drain faster while screen on in the time period when the deep sleep issue happens. In the time period when deep sleep issue doesn't happen, the battery drains more slowly
this is a very common issue. some people do not factory rest device after updating firmware. factory reset your device. you will definitely get the issue resolved. if that do not helps, the other thing u can try is you can let the battery drain completely. then charge it for 5 to 8 hours without turning on mobile

If you like Stock Firmware, just flash RussianBear + Greenify + Amplify..
6-7 SOT + ~24-30h iddle.
Epic battery!

Yes, i'm using RNB
But something weird happened. I left it charge overnight, very slowly. In the morning, it reaches 74% and now it's perfect again
