As you know,we have 4.4.2 Kitkat Unofficial but not official firmware von Sony.I decided to port Official Firmware von Sony.Since 3 months i have worked on it.I succeed at last porting of Rom to cm11 .You will really feel Xperia Z2 with this Rom.Dont forget that.When you use xperia Lockscreen with Z2 effect,you musst enable Xperia Live Wallpaper.It is too laggy,when you use Xperia live wallpaper.I recommend to use non Xperia Live Wallpaper

Steps
1.Put cm11 build 9 and [BUILD 9][ROM ][Xperia Aoba]RepeXpersiS Z2 Edition V 3.2.A.1.536 by gamzekal on Sd card
2.(first go to mounts and storage---->make [format /system,format/data,format cache]
After than CM11 Build 9

How to Fix Back Button Issue?
Go to Settings/Language
Change the Language ex:from spanish to english
wait 10 seconds.And see the magic
back button works.
You can change again your country language

Rom.zip doesn't contain any kernel image in it. So i tried this rom with manual flashing cm11/beanstalk kernel. No luck, bootlooping.

No its not corrupted some contents are flashable only thats why you got erros

Instructions and Guide
Steps for installing XPeria ROM on cm12.1 [/COLOR][/SIZE]
If you are already on custom rom follow the below steps
1> Download the XPeria rom zip and Gapps to your SD
2> Reboot to Recovery(TWRP Preferred).
3> Format System,data cache and Boot.
4> Install the ZIPS, wipe cache and Dalvik Cache.
5> Reboot and Voilla you have Xperia ROM on your Device
If you are on Stock rom follow the below steps to instlal XPeria ROM
1> Make sure you are on Kitkat firmware.
2> Download the TWRP recovery, ODIN, Cperia ROM and Gapps from the download, place odin and recovery on desktop and Xperia ROM Gapps on your SD Card.
3> Boot device in download mode( Vol down + home + power ).
4> You will get Warning option, Press volume up ( continue ) and connect phone with PC.
5> Make sure Odin recognizes your phone ( There should be something like "0:[COM11]" in first box and it will be yellow )
6> Press PDA or AP(Incase PDA Is not available) and navigate to recovery.tar.md5(File we have placed on Deskptop)
7> Make sure Re-partition is unchecked
8> Press "Start" and wait few seconds
9> Device will reboot and you will have TWRP recovery on your device ( Boot with vol up + home + power)
10> Download the XPeria ROM and gapps on your SD card.
Follow the steps from first guide to flash the ROM

Battery life is pretty good as there are no bloatware in the ROM

i turned on the root acces in developer tools but titanium backup or ny app says cant find system/bin/su command.
plzz help

NFC Toggle is not working as our CM12.1 doesnt support it, you will get continous FC if you enable NFC toggle, also the Mobile Data toggle isnt working, I am working to fix tiles

I have troubles with starting the rom.
After wiping to factory reset and installing the rom it boots to the loading apps process (chinese signs with 207 apps loading). After loading it reboots and it starts the same again and again.
Why is that? I am coming from existenz Lollipop for ZL.
EDIT: Installed stock kernel and then I did again a clean install. Now it works!!!

ROM is very fast and smooth. I only have issue with OneNote app, it is just disappear after I entered my M$ account. Tried uninstall and reinstall from Play store several times but no luck.
