About usr rom v3

Its a request from a active viewer and so called noob fron india.after much comparisons and testing i was fully satisfied with usr rom v3 with its awesome looks , features and performance.
Later i noticed the dispute about the rom as a theft from creeds rom.but as a user i can feel the diffrence fron both rom and sir evanlocked had also done much work on it rather than just themeing or a cooked rom.
So i kindly request the dorm moderators and senior devs to open up the thread and support the development for our galaxy y. Its a request purely from an end user.

we already PM'ed the mods,
creed even gave a go signal
so lets just wait for the replies

That was not so pleasant to here.since i was a happy customer of your rom i still expect u will come out with a usr v4 to shut the mouths some of the so called men acting as xda police.
I could say u proverb dont make a decision when u r angry and dont make a promise when u r hapy.

Well i just help clearing it up here (one eye open, one eye close is not that hard) we are here to help each others as net friends & not going to create any T&C to bash anyone here (We are all equal & can make a difference) :

Sir I am very sad to read this but sir such difficult situation comes in life we need not to run away from that rather we should fight it bravely.as you have really taken much efforts to developed such a beautiful rom though u used some things from creed.but it not offence at all as xda is forum for sharing and gaining knowledge if we stop at certain level neither xda nor its meamber (developer) will grow.and mainly it is made for them who are actually testing the fruit will never happy with such attitude of devloper
One thing everybody must understand that it is being developed for the people like us and not for the commercial use.so such problem must be resolved with mutual understanding between developers. And I completery agree that credit must be given to the original dev.
Because ultimate sufferer are endusers who will not get something ultimate to test it.
So my humble request to u as well as all developers please don't restrict others to use your work because your ultimate aim is to give maximum to users. It will really serve the purpose.
It is just my opinion final call is yours.

Hell no fu... no way I mean i am (was) newbie too, but i wasn't ignored anytime. Even all the times when i have very stupid questions, devs/users patiently explained everything to me ;] no way to ignored anybody ^^

maybe he was ingnored because he failed to use the search button and senior members, RC's are pissed off people asking the same question over and over again,
i understand not all of us are adept in android or have just heard about android the first time,
but ignorance is never a reason to justify such remarks,
we have stickies all over the thread to help new people out,
they just dont bother to look,
honestly i myself wont bother answering such previously answered questions unless they can justify a very valid reason why

k i honestly faced/seen succh situations in many threads.devs r nt reacting to questions wch they cudnt tell n answerng all later askd ques wch feels lik .if atleast dey say "i dnt knw or i cant help"....the questioner wont wait or expect any thing or any answer.

I understand you feel that dissapointed some dev/senior member/rc that not/ignore your replies
But also do understand some certain of them due to improper way you are giving feedback for problem you encounter.
It's not clear therefore some of devs doesn't really able to submit a reply.
Another parts that is devs shouldn't and not encourage to give "i don't know reply" but if you feel you are ignore doesn't need to feeling bad
there are all great member of XDA around.Post it on the general (Discussion) or Q&A.RC & other member are ready to help and resolved your problem
XDA is a place we would give out something better & sharing.

don't derivate from the works of others,
SGY has a lot of clone roms already,
i'd suggest giving something new,
you are not obliged to do what i said since you are entitled to your own work,
however our rom community is already saturated with OEM based roms

no one blamed you or anything,
i just suggested to make something original,
you already partake in the copyright of others when you release a derivative work,
it's logic.
to protect yourself from either being banned or infracted,
just keep safe,
ask avijit's permission first through email or facebook since the little rascal is banned from xda, and post a screenshot of the approval together with your work,

basically the nemesis contains jelly bean theme and there is no feature like u said it contains 100 new features,we have seen them
so,its waste of your time and ours :silly:
tt launcher is made by an XDA member and u used that ,change the name ,this is not fair
make a nemesis launcher your self that will be great ,don't copy paste !
at last don't provide the link to nemesis rom and forums over here
make a rom from scratch like avijit made that camera from another universe sources :silly:
